After many failed attempts and bounce backs from the email provided I was given a tracking order number for yodel that said it was delivered - Yodel gave a photo but it was not my house as nothing was delivered, missing parcel - I signed all relevant paperwork and asked for a refund but nothing back



was done but had no receipt or order reference number so was unable to track, so far Items not turned up - have emailed them to then get a bounce back saying email does not exist. Another scam.

Sent my order back as instructed to be then told I needed to pay for other fees on top of that even though the tracking said that they tried to deliver but was unable to. I am still waiting for my refund and really hoping paypal will sort

Fake goods, terrible quality, clothes smell. trying to get a refund is impossible. going through paypal.
