Very helpful and professional

I sent a request and was called back immediately. After sending images, I got a call from Jim O'Malley who, after look v at our images, gave me some very helpful advice, advising that our problem probably isn't a damp issue and we need another professional. He could easily have come out, charged us a survey fee and then said the same thing but he didn't. Extremely helpful and professional and wouldn't hesitate recommending Kenwood for one second!

Fantastic service - best lease company I've used

Chris was super helpful and patient and went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, thanks to him remembering a cancelled car and securing it for me. He is always at the end of the phone, even after problems when the car was delivered. Excellent service and I will definitely be recommending Chris and using his services in the future

Worst experience ever

I have been on the phone to Vodafone over the past 24 hours, now for over 5 hours, 7 different people and every single one has told me different things. All I wanted was 4 SIM only cards and have been told so many different prices (Domenic), then spent over an hour being set up on what I thought was 4 only to find out he (Tyrone) was only able to process 2, not the 4 he'd said and even then he got everything wrong. Then spoke to someone else who said he could only find 1 contract. Today been speaking to Sharon who was lovely and called me back finally to say things had been cancelled and put me through to customer services to speak to a lady who has spent the last 45 minutes trying to convince me to stay and saying my contract ISN'T cancelled, despite Sharon saying it is, and has now put me BACK on hold. The worst customer experience EVER! What on earth is wrong with you, Vodafone.

What a shocking company!! I will never ever order from them again and will be contacting Watchdog

Complete professionalism from start to…

Complete professionalism from start to end, Jake was an absolute gentleman to deal with. I was incredibly nervous and upset in the beginning and Jake did his best to allay my fears, tirelessly reassure me and talk me through the whole process. It was a very long process, over 2 years, with a few problems on the way. Nothing was ever too much for Jake, he was always available to talk to me. Luckily, in the end we got the result we wanted! I cannot recommend Jake and his team highly enough and have no hesitation recommending Patterson Law if you have a motoring matter you need help with.

Very impressed with their service. 7 months after being bought my son’s hoverboard started playing up. They arranged collection, fixed it and then delivered it back FOC. My only complaint is that id like to be able to communicate on the phone more easily but other than that highly recommend them

He explained everything clearly and concisely (sometimes twice!!) and waited while I trawled through my paperwork looking for necessary information. Empty promises, poor customer service

They made lots of promises and advised us what to pay on a monthly basis which would have been a great saving.....they totally underestimated and now we owe them a lot of money which means we can’t leave to another provider. They keep sending me emails thanking me for my lovely feedback which I’ve never left. I’ve responded each time and not once has anyone bothered to call me to find out why. Totally unimpressed and would never recommend

I hope you are well.

When we source a deal for you, we find the most competitive unit rates and standing charges available to us. Therefore, you are currently on the most competitive deal we could find for you during the period in which we ran a comparison for you. The unit rates and standing charges are fixed and will not change across the course of your contract, but the direct debit may still increase if there is an increase in the energy you use. This is the case throughout the energy industry.

During our signup process, you selected high usage rather than providing an exact figure from your bill. As a result, we used the Ofgem estimated averages for a typical high user household of 4600 kWh a year for electricity and 17,000 kWh a year for Gas when we found your deal. If your usages increase beyond this high estimate, then you will likely get charged more than the monthly direct debit agreed upon when we switched you.

However, if you feel as though your usage has not increased to this extent, we recommend contacting your supplier directly and asking them to clarify what their reasoning is for raising their prices. If you have provided them with regular meter readings, then they should only be able to accurately charge you for what you use rather than imposing any estimated charges onto you. Unfortunately, we cannot contact them on your behalf due to data protection laws as explained in our terms and conditions.

We understand that this situation is highly inconvenient, and we are trying our best to help!

Beautiful product

I have to say I was by sceptical about buying an unseen worktop but I couldn't have been mor wrong. The service from start (just browsing their website) to end has been faultless and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. The worktop itself is absolutely stunning and I am delighted with it. Top marks for everything.
