As everyone else says

As everyone else says, bad suction. Also got duped for monthly subscription payments which were never disclosed and can’t be managed via their website. Their customer service told me that I must have brought a counterfeit product and only after I challenged their fraudulent payments via the bank credit card did they get in touch to reimburse. Didn’t reimburse fully either. Don’t buy.

Poor service and products

Poor service, poor products. Not a good experience. Team took till 10pm at night to install a wardrobe, had to bring second team in to help. Poor installation - team drilled in incorrect places and then ‘patched’ them up to hide it. Product not sturdy, colours vary between pieces so looks bad, shelves not configurable. Team refused to call me to resolve. Would only deal over text message. Had to explain things over and over to no avail. Do not recommend.

Love this app, just signed up for the lifetime membership as I love it so much. Great content and user friendly interface.

Includes education on your hormones, tracking, mind-fullness exercises, recipes, exercises - everything you could want!

Don’t purchase!

So I made a bad late night mistake of signing up without properly researching so the waste of money is on me.

My review is based on the content of this app and the customer service.

On the content… I’m only two days in so perhaps more features get unlocked as you go but so far its sole offering is:
- daily lessons which defined procrastination and perfectionism (poorly and very obviously)
- asked me to define my mood by selecting one of 6 options
- access to focus tools which is just 6 relaxing sounds (oceans, white noise etc)
- given me access to an area to write notes
- access to some poor ‘quizzes’ which frankly just describe some symptoms of anxiety/depression and then gives you a score and a couple of pointers which aren’t that helpful or insightful (Google would do a better job)

Note. They lock the lessons to one a day so you can’t move forward at a quicker pace or find one that may be helpful to you now. The first two lessons added zero value to me as so simplistic.

That is honestly it. Not exactly ground breaking stuff. Ridiculously expensive for what it is. Perhaps this is a tool designed for kids as that’s the level it’s pitched at?

So on customer service… I was so completely underwhelmed I reach out to customer service to ask “if I could cancel because the app was so underwhelming”. They responded by saying “sorry you quit” (not quite what I was doing, nor the language/response you’d expect from a business touting it’s know how on productivity) and said that they had cancelled my account.

Not sure if language challenges or just poor customer service but checked again and gave them an opportunity to do something before posting a review but they rather (another) poor review.

Agree with all the feedback on transparency. They obviously can’t demo/free trial the app as no one would sign up.

Unless you are 6-12yo suggest not using this app.

Worst airline

Worst airline, booked flight, 2 days later they cancel the flight. Spend months trying to get a refund and still not successful. Incompetent customer service team. Don’t book with them.

If I could score them a zero I would

If I could score them a zero I would. Worst customer service over a period of 6 years of any bank I’ve ever dealt with. Phone calls not answered (hour long wait times only to be hung up on), call backs not returned. Incompetent staff who don’t understand their own process requiring me to go into branch 3 times for a simple matter. Have closed my accounts but need a confirmation letter these have been closed and now can’t get hold of anyone to provide this. Useless. Also their internet banking app is the most confusing of any I have used.

Incredibly poor customer service

Incredibly poor customer service. Don’t recomend.

Ordered some supplements but company declared an inflated value (not what I spent) with DHL and it got caught in customs. Raised it with their customer service who continually told me to pay the fees and not acknowledging their fault in it. Week later and still no responsibility taken by inno supps. Have asked to escalate to a manager for 3 days now and no contact from them other to provide the standard answer of either pay it or take it up with DHL (and DHL asking me to sort with inno supps). Inno supps threatening me with no refund if it is sent back to them so blackmailing me to paying $60 in import fees or loose my $ completely.

Worst experience ever.
