I ordered leggings of which I already have two identical pairs. Coffee Bean XL I have unpacked them and put them away. Today I’ve put the on to find they were so much smaller and extremely tight. Thinking I’d ordered the wrong size but no. They are as I ordered but a different fabric making them really tight. I have put them next to my other pair and they are different despite the fabric details being described the same? Can’t now send back as no packaging! No v happy.

I’ve since spoken to Cameron on Live chat who when I explained in detail that the new leggings were much tighter and a different fabric he suggested I had maybe stretched my other pairs. I took offence at this comment and ended the chat. Not the experience I expected.

I will say Adanola with my other orders have packaged them well and delivered them promptly. But I feel let down this time.

Lovely Rug, and heavily discounted was a bonus.

Returned an expensive shirt which Brandalley confirmed they received back on 8 Aug. It is now 23 Aug and despite chasing the refund 3 times STILL NO REFUND. Their replies to me are blunt and non commital.
Their T & C’s claim 14 days after inspection of items returned they will refund but now we are 2 days past that. BEWARE BEWARE WHEN

Spoke at length after receiving a valuation. Sent all the pictures. They verbally advised me to clear my finance on the car £22k) which I did. They then proceeded to say due to technical error they would need to reduce my valuation by £8k

Still not received delivery of my order which has remained with the courier since my order was placed on 22 Jan. Not impressed, despite regular emails to Lemonade Dolls who keep asking me to wait.

Latest order has failed to be delivered so not too happy! Previous two orders arrived within timescale however not this time.
Lemonade Dolls have stated they will chase Evri but heard nothing yet.
