This company sucks. I ordered my customised shelf in Aug and when it was delivered in Nov, it was the wrong product. So they insisted I use the wrong shelf while they get the correct shelf manufactured again. They promised to deliver by mid Dec, then it was suddenly pushed to early to mid Jan. there is no actual ETA. Communication is only done via WhatsApp n email. They apologised for the delay but frankly, it’s just lip service. The shelf costs $439 and they offered $40 discount which is unacceptable! How can a simple shelf take 6 months? They are a scam. Don’t ever order anything from them😡😡😡

This is a scam company. Do NOT book any services with them. I recently booked a post reno deep cleaning but I was shocked by the shoddy work done. 3 workers came, with just a vacuum cleaner, a pail, mop and some cleaning cloth. There was nothing high tech. It was a very mediocre general cleaning. The team leader spent half her time taking photos to report the cleaning progress on her phone. The other 2 ladies were clueless. They were too lazy to change the dirty water in their pails and I had to constantly tell them to change. They didn’t use strength to wipe the surfaces and took forever to wipe the kitchen cabinets resulting in them having to rush through the vacuuming and moping. My helper had to jump in to help them. They left promptly at the end of 4 hours, leaving the house still very dusty & dirty. This is not post reno deep cleaning. This company misleads with false advertising. There’s no proper cleaning process, what “50 point checklist” and they don’t even have the right cleaning aids to do the job. Basically I felt cheated having paid $400 for very shoddy work. DO NOT fall for the lies on their website!

Love my new summer slippers. They look cool and feel so comfy. Excellent design n packaging!

Everything went well with my online order until I received my hand creams in the mail. The 8 tubes of cream were only packed in a thin, bubbled envelope. The post office had to repackage it with a plastic bag to prevent contents from spilling out. 5 of the tubes were leaking. Napiers, you could have packed them in a box to prevent them from getting squashed during transit. Very disappointing outcome :(
