LINKEDIN IS NOT SAFE!NOT VETTING PEOPLE!

They are not vetting people and their profiles. There's a profile that not only is fraudulent, but this person took the real estate license number and phone number of a real Kelly Higgins that used to sale under Reality One, but also embezzled over 3 million dollars from my husband's mother for over 3 years while in their "care" who was an 87 yr old with Alzheimer's and continued it for almost 2 months after his Mom passed. She also is claiming to be THE NATIONAL SALES MANAGER for Ceasars Entertainment, which they won't answer a phone or respond to email or texts. The real Kelly Higgins was very upset when she found out, and filed a report on the fraud as did I , over three times turning in the proof and pictures and even court documents. Linked In first put a ban on me typing anything on their site. Did not take her down. She changed some things. And played stupid saying she never rep.herself as a real estate professional I must be confused. Then sent screenshot of her doing just that. She is still working whatever scam she's planning on LinkedIn after being shown proof of her lies and fraudulent profile. SO DO NOT FEEL SAFE ON THAT SITE AS I assume now they do no vetting, and there are many liars, cheats, and thieves within those pages. I will be deleting my account as they did not believe the paperwork and pictures warning them she's a fraud, and a scam artist. It is not safe. Guessing they are too busy stacking their money to worry about "little" things like that!

Walmart holds extra money even with no weighted items!

With the economy being as it is, I AM SICK OF WALMART charging me $42 on a $30 order that has nothing to be weighed! What type of business model allows them to not place my order unless I have 10-15% extra for them to hold "JUST IN CASE" THEN WAIT 3-5 DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK?! THATS BULLS***!

Don't be deceived by confusing prices

I had a 1099 so they said I couldn't freefile, and it would cost $79. That was in March, so it took until today to come up with that. My wife Kathy lost her job 6 months ago and I am disabled. When I went to finish and pay, now they wanted $135 plus tax! Wow, almost double. My refund goes to IRS because we had to pay taxes the last two years of Trump's 1st of circus, and we were on food stamps Les than a year later went into bankruptcy, so we could not be in bankruptcy after the offer in compromise agreement, which cancelled $1200 of tax debt.Now owing just over 2,000, that we start payments on May 7. Can't win for losing.
Also after looking through their website , I jumped over to the finish and pay again, it said we are giving you a new discount, now total was $111.00 plus tax. At best this is deceptive pricing, and changing the price twice certainly doesn't promote trust and confidence.I sent customer service a message, but they have always been difficult to contact

Just a heads up CASH APP STILL SHADY!!!!

Just a heads up to anyone thinking CASH APP has reformed and become trustworthy! The class action lawsuit that they sent an email to me about, because I was scammed not once but twice, had all my paperwork, the FBI report, bank statements, and a letter. Credit protection and credit monitoring services, close to $700.00 of lost money, and so many hours. The last week to submit on their site would not upload the documents...mind you, it took over a month to collect all they wanted. The last day to submit, I called them. I had sent maybe 6 emails that week with no response. The lady on the phone said you can mail them all, but no guarantee the administrator will accept it because it will be late. Again, explain that their site would not upload forms all week, and I had been robbed 2 times. Please let them know about your site not functioning all week. WELL, THEY DENIED MY CLAIM BECAUSE IT WAS LATE. I RECEIVED NO COMPONSATION FROM MY BANK,they didn't cover the money taken out by cash app, when that occured it bounced other payments, we earn under $28k yearly and that episode sat us back, terribly, but again after the denial I wrote 4 letters pleading for the money back, only to get over and over your submission was denied because it was late!!! So DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY ARE STILL SHEISTY!!!!

A team that's on your side!

I joined Credit Secrets, and the first payment was double charged; I contacted them, and it was returned. I decided to get their automated, which prints out multiple letters needed to send to credit bureaus to remove old info, remove inquiries, etc. It read that you can use 30 letters from each category. The letter process is a bit long, and we have to wait 30 to 60 days to send each progressive letter. I got charged a second $49 charge, then when I called, they said they would remove it, not the first one I didn't use as my letters don't go for another 30 days, but they would swallow that as my mistake and their JANKEY business practices. Today, instead of a refund, I received two more $49.99 charges; now, my card is over $50, and they are RUINING MY CREDIT. THE OWNER STOPPED WORKING AS A FINANCE CREDIT OFFICER TO HELP AVERAGE FOLKS LIKE ME OUT OF THE CREDIT TRAP. Most of the advice I already knew, so he is still screwing people for personal gain! This multi-level scam charges double or triple for each ala cart component; I will contact the BBB next!
UPDATE:!!!!
Mario called me today. He cleared up all the confusion and credited back the charges to me. I did not understand that the extra service was an ongoing monthly service. I had signed up for the additional service in July, and he credited it all back and took his time to walk me through and explain exactly what I needed to do to begin this process. He directed me to the new version of the book, and I downloaded it. I have a direct line to get help from here on out.
As you can see from the first review I gave, I believed in this company, but I felt very betrayed when giving the second. It is lovely to know that somebody in this self-serving, money-motivated world CARES about the customers. I am very thankful for these folks. Mario, you changed my entire week with your call this morning, and knowing at least in this part of my struggle (credit), I have a team of folks who care and are 100% on MY side.

I have been a loyal customer for over a…

I have been a loyal customer for over a year, and then was offered the credit card. Every payment on time and all the credit card payments at least $25 more than payment. I changed jobs now a 1099 employee. Gave Perpay my bank info for automatic draw, paid them $55 when my statement said $15. Then was sent an email saying they would draw from that account every single day until the card is paid, about $375 left.This is borderline illegal and at least dirty business practices. Once my card is paid I will also close the additional 1,200 credit I have with them for their highly overpriced merchandise, they sell to folks with not so good credit so they can, get higher prices, handling charges fees and an outrageous shipping fee.and to be insult to Injury, they just suspended my card in Sept. Again never been late with payment, and always paid extra.... haven't used the market place in months. Seems there''s nothing or no one in business that's fair anymore?!!!?

Similar to others experience

Similar to others experience, I purchased the program and was unaware of the membership trial and payment for the club. I just went through a bankruptcy, which could have been avoided if I knew about these useful steps in the book, when the charge appeared I called and Paublo explained the charge and promptly cancelled the subscription. Thanks for the info and cancelling for me with no hassle. I've just begun my journey to credit repair now and wished I had found this program BEFORE I filed bankruptcy.

I took a trial membership which…

I took a trial membership which admittedly went under the wrong email, which without knowing started a separate Ancestry account different than my original one. Because I got no response about changing it to my original account, I cancelled it two days after I got it. Zoom ahead thread weeks when charge of 43.97comes out of moneylion account for first months subscription charge. I call them and they say yes looks like we transferred the subscription to the correct account but did not transfer the cancellation. Google processes our payments, simply contact them for a refund. I tried and could never get them on phone, no responses to my emails after two weeks.
Now the only course of action was to file a dispute with my bank. Add an additional two weeks for the dispute, to which my bank says their investigation does not support a dispute and I do not get my money back. So this review shows all three companies dropping the ball and leaving me without my rightful refund for a subscription that was cancelled in 48 hours and was only used for 36 hours. I have invested no less than 10 hours into this rediculous nightmare costing me well over $50, to an elderly couple with low income. Have tried to contact Ancestrys customer service, always at least a 20 plus minute wait, and don't have the minutes on my phone to accomplish. This review shows how all three companies dropped the ball and left me in an undeserving and very unprofessional HARD place. I may try to call them again asking them to retrieve MY money from Google. Seems to be very convenient for one company to make a mistake and then say that it is the customers responsibility to retrieve their money from another company who keeps hours that disallow a phone call and don't respond to countless emails.

Allstate's customer service has become awesome!

I am thrilled to say that after Hisense refused to honor their 1 yr warranty my extended warranty by Allstate Square trade came through with a resolution. They were timely, informed and handled it all within a few hours. Bravo!!! My representative Hamza was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive and quickly handled my case with a resolution of a new replacement TV. Kudos to Allstate for turning their customer service around!!!
Update the email sent to get reimbursed would not work, called back and now have to wait for them to fix the problem....could be up to 3 days before I get resolution, if no email is sent have to call back in 3 days, so will follow up when the resolution is fixed.😢
Last update as will never use them again. Insisted that we send the computer to them for repair. Wrapped the screen with bubble wrap, put it in 2 boxes for more protection. Got an email saying they received it and within 2 days would have the results. Well a few days later get an email saying because the damage , being broken and cracked they would not make the repair and my warranty was null and void. Sent pics of the screen all busted up sent it back! There wasnt a second angle scratch on it when it left here, now it's garbage!!!!. There's no way the screen got busted in shipping, looks like someone hit it with a heavy object. We could at least use it before. Why wouldn't they use a local shop?I live in Vegas, plenty of repair places. I am appauled, and from now on back with Assurian! 09/13/2023

They registered warranty,wouldn't honor it,a year later

I loved the quality of the picture on my 54 inch 4D HD Smart TV.Purchaed last June 2022, was delivered and warranty registered July 18, 2022, and Customer service helped me complete the registration saying we got everything we need your all set. Had sent final invoice and shipping invoice with the form of payment from the store ,purchased with stores credit. Picture went out June 14 2023, and I emailed customer service 3 times before response. Had all set up to have repair man come out then they said they needed a copy of my receipt, same one I sent them to register warranty and sent them with the repair request. Sent both again and they said they couldn't accept either. Told them they had accepted them at the registration of warranty, and this was not acceptable, either they honored the warranty or I go to BBB and all the best review sites and let folks know they are dishonorable in doing business. Sent email back saying they will get to proper dept and get back with me. Been about 5 days, have heard nothing, will keep you posted.
Now they replied that the TV was sold by an unauthorized seller so the warranty is void. Again Hisense's own warranty dept. registered the warranty with the invoice for me saying I was all set ,welcome to the Hisense family. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty when purchased the TV, from Allstate. Just filed my claim with them. I am calling the BBB about Hisense's refusal to back their warranty and we shall see how Allstate handles their extended warranty this time!

This is the norm when dealing with Yankee Candle online ordering.The site is glitchy drags and lags. This is the second time it didn't give me my rewards or give my 20% discount, which cost mean extra $17 this time! Reached out twice to customer service who said they see the discounts and assured me they would show up in final check out ...they did not. Emailed them again Informing them ...they never got back with me. Also could not get my $5 birthday discount. So disappointed, will have to stop using the online ordering but when I did before, I started using bath and body works candles their wicks quit burning leaving about 1/5 of candle unburnt. This is almost as bad as Arby's discontinuing potatoes cakes😭😭😭

Sent Happy Birthday to Cancer patient instead of Get Well!

From the begining, the website was glitchy, kept forcing discount offers over my order to interrupt the process, took an hour to complete order. The occasion was Get Well as my sister in law just found out she had stage 4 lung cancer and Tuesday would begin chemo. The note spoke to the chemo and the delivery was to the local hospital. They sent a Happy Birthday balloon! We were mortified to say the least and the flowers did not look like any of the three arrangements they had as examples for the deal of the day. I am very disappointed and when contacted they sent a response automated template it appeared to say this order will be refunded 5.95 will appear on next statement or your next order? That's it! Not even a human response with so sorry for the mistake. Will never use this service again, they failed miserably and during a very sensitive situation, without so much as an apology! Just horrible!!!

App glitchy, drops shopping sites!

Let me begin by saying over the past 2 years I've EARNED over 1,000. Key word EARNED. Each grocery trip requires 2 hours plus before you even begin shopping. Then at least 2 more hours shopping as the app is glitchy, slow and freezes or drops your connection with the store your shopping at. They have recently been reversing my credit from the four hour shopping trip with the reason that I returned something from the shopping trip. Telling me that it is my responsibility to prove I didn't. Well as they have the online receipt from my connected account from Walmart, seems I already have. Their site says sometimes if app drops the store during shopping you won't get credit. This after they ask you to Aend the email from grocery pick up ,as well as the receipt or screen shots of receipt time stamp, subtotal, and pictures of front of item for rebate and the code on bottom or back of product. Now we have about 7 hours into getting $12 back. My time put in to this experience is well over $10,000 dollars to EARN 1,000. I am taking the app out of my phone, it is no longer worth my time or aggravation. Just a warning to others who are thinking about a way to earn a few dollars. They were like this when it first started, but got much better for about a year , now they are worse than they were then. Remember that FREE turkey, will cost you three times as much in time and aggravation!

I will never use Allstate protection plans again!

I have used Allstate protection plans for year's, always an easy process, no complaints.Recently though it seems things have changed. I spent over 6 hours getting documents and sending, taking all pictures they asked for, had 3 different departments ask for same info , sent it to all of them. Then a new dept.agent sent an email to say wrong policy closing the claim ; because I also sent my new purchase of a dinette and a new policy to cover it, SEPERATE item, and policy, made that clear as well. I have had at least 10 items insured with them. But will never use them again. Now there are many companies doing this, recently got something covered with Assurian, if I need to make a claim, we shall see how they do.

When the first chair from Amazon was refunded by the manufacturer, your agent said the same policy would cover my replacement chair from Curacao, when the purchase was delivered I sent the invoice then, purchased June 7 2022, think it was like the 12th it was delivered and invoice was submitted. Three months later after tightening everything I could find to tighten, I decided it was not helping with the chair basically rocking side to side and up and back making a bunch of noise filed a claim and included the invoice and then next email wanted the receipt AND pictures, gladly submitted those, then got an email saying I needed to call snd have the chair right by me, now we are over two weeks into this, I work 6 days a week on PST so not a wide window to call . Plus after putting over 4 hours into this nonsence, I figured my time was very valuable and I had exhausted more than the chair actually cost already.You folks were awesome 3 years ago, not a single complaint from me very satisfied, now a totally different corporate culture, seems like a different company actually. Strangely, now you have competition, so it's simpler to give them a try than to keep going around on your hampster wheel. So the invoice was never the issue. Forgot you also said I had to call Curacao to get the manufacturer of chair, they proceeded to inform me that they do not have one listed, nothing on invoice nothing on chair, I think that was the REAL problem. So now I have 5 hours into this @ $20 an hour I've wasted $100 of my time on a chair that cost $99!
After the invoice had been sent 3 times, phone call made, pictures submitted I had NO PROBLEM submitting the receipt. I am a professional fundraiser with a Bachelors degree, have some basic skill sets in computer applications, so what IS the real problem Square Trade???

I really wanted to make a payment today. It will not allow me to put the date on today, only Sept 8. Why?? No one answered that question they said I could schedule the day not true.
