Having purchased a washer Dryer on the…
Having purchased a washer Dryer on the 30th March this year for delivery for 3rd April to my new house I was moving to was a letdown.Currys delivered the guys delivered but not interested in showing how it works not a great service. I needed to do a few loads of washing after moving house only to find the machine had a fault. Currys came out looked at it and said it was faulty. I got a replacement few days later installed what I paid for plus delivery cost. Having just used the washer dryer just for washing from april untill yesterday oct that due to bad weather used the dryer only to find after 4 hours my clothes still wet what ever programme was use nothing. I phoned hisence 40 mins still no answer. Again today I phoned after 30 minutes I go through my operator was polite but asked for the machine model number even though I had logged my machine for its guarantee back in April giving every detail of cost model and price and received a guarantee back from hisence. But I still had to give this person all the details again and send via email my currys receipt. Having been on crutches with a bad hip and due into hospital Monday for an operation explained as bad weather is now expected plus I will be on crutches for a good few weeks my washer dryer will be more important to me. Having spent £450 for this machine plus another £55 for delivery and installation feel hisence is not customer friendly nor easy to contact. I was given a day for their engineer to visit but explained my operation was this Monday 20th and once out of hospital perhaps the following week might be better which a day was booked. I feel having a 2 year guarantee plus paying £5 per month for insurance it just seems a waste of money as my machine us used twice a week small amounts as its just for me one person. Having used another brand for years and used a washer dryer had no issues but buying this brand their customers service is bad. The reason for this they had my address details model and where I purchased this machine from and receipt number when I logged into their site to logg my machine for a guarantee and got back their email confirming my machine.i feel if this machine if its not just a small technical issue I will want my money paid back in full as so far I have lost confidence in their item. I also feel waiting 40 minutes for a service person and still no pick up is bad service. The second phone call another 30 minutes is just not exceptable.

DO NOT BUY brought a tv packed up in 14 months then brought a dishwasher that developed a fault in 7 months there engineer partner came out to look at it said it needed a part a week later came back ended up putting 2 new parts in even though it only needed 1 now it's even worse still displaying error code display panel not working properly and not heating properly will never buy hisense again.
Garbage company and manufacturer
Garbage company. Been waiting for my stove now for 6 months. They kept delaying it and delaying it. Now they are discontinuing it and i have to get something else. After just this morning they said i will have to wait till april. So that be a year. I don't even think this manufacturer is capable of anything. Even my fridge through them was 5 months later then what they first told me. Plus mom's tv is glitchy. So that can't even make good products and their customer service is non existent. Leaving their store fronts to have to compensate for their short comings. Yes I've or paid for this all prior to tarrif threats. So yes it's been a long time.
Poor substandard machine
Bought a dishwasher for my elderly mother 2years ago. Trays are starting to rust as the plastic is coming off. Out of warranty so new tray around £250, cheaper to buy another new one! Will not buy again.
Avoid! Still waiting for a response
Brought a washing machine and 6 weeks later there was a fault with it. Hisense requested photographs and concluded that it was our error! They stated a thorough investigation had taken place and when I requested information about what this investigation was I was ignored. I am furious and would not recommend them
Hisense 43" TV - AVOID AVOID AVOID you are just throwing your money away
Bought a Hisense 43" TV from Argos just over 6 weeks ago. TV has been working fine and switched on yesterday to find a black rectangle down one side of the screen. Contacted Argos who insisted I speak to Hisense, who requested pictures of the screen. They refused to refund or repair as they claim there was "impact damage" to the screen and it is not covered by their warranty. Nobody had touched the screen - there was definitely no impact damage. I wish I had read the reviews on here first as it seems quite a common thing with their TV's. It's obviously an issue with the manufacturing process, design or materials used, but Hisense obviously want to take your money and produce crap products and claim you've damaged them if a fault develops.
Terrible excuse for not repairing!
I purchased a Hisense tv which was installed and been hanging on the wall for 21 months and working well all of a sudden the tv would not switch on so I went through the due process of returning it for repair under the warranty, after chasing up the repair I received this email
The contents of which are rubbish if the damage was caused by improper maintenance? No maintenance or alteration have been carried out and if it was incorrectly installed it would have surely failed straight away. I also noticed someone else has left a review this month with the same excuse for not repairing.
Dear customer,
We have reviewed your case once again, and confirmed that the panel has a mechanical damage of the inner screen glass so as the active matrix panel attached to it. This is the clear damage caused by improper maintenance, installation or alteration of any kind, and as such is considered as accidental damage and it is not covered by manufacturer's warranty.

I purchased a 60" TV branded with the Hisense name. I had it on the wall for six months, and it was working OK. Then one day I lost all pictures. There was nothing on the screen. I took pictures and wrote to this company by email.
I received a notification that they would collect the TV from my house. They did so. I then received an email from an "engineer" saying the TV was cracked across the screen and that this must have been due to the installation..... It was on his picture, it was not there on the pictures I sent them.
I continued to complain and was sent another email from the guy with a picture of a small crack in the corner of the TV but, you couldnt make this up, no crack in the middle of the TV.....
Waited 4 months and never heard anything.
DO NOT BUY A HISENSE PRODUCT. POR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWFUL QUALITY PRODUCTS.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I have a fridge bought at Costco in 22 which is now past warranty. Called for service and the one company wanted 350$ to come to me then 150$ an hour for repair plus parts. They have no one who works on these appliances near qualicum beach. They sell the product but have zero repair places and none of the appliance repair places will touch them and say they are crap. So now I guess the almost new fridge is just garbage. Oh, and the customer service is absolutely horrible as well. I've had to call in 3 times and been told they were going g to call me back with no call back. Do not buy from this company. In the long run you will spend more money.

Had my tv almost 10 months and was really pleased with the picture quality but all of a sudden disaster struck !!!! Picture gone but got sound.
Contacted support with info requested and BOOM !! what a responce without any investigation, totally negative, unhelpful and down right disrespectful, suggesting that the tv had suffered physical impact due to accidental damage !!! what a load of nonsense, the tv has sat on a cabinet since delivery so where and what has caused the issue ??
I am arranging a engineer to look at this then will consider escalation to the relevant dept.
Shocking customer service and attitude, stay away.

Mounted a TV on the wall at weekend and it developed a problem with the screen and now there's no picture but I have sound. Hisense won't even send any one out to look at it and are saying I've damaged it! Luckily Amazon are refunding me. Wouldn't buy one of these again
Appalling Customer Service , no one seems to know what they are doing !
Purchased a washing machine , which was faulty on the first wash . You cant get through on the customer service line on many occasions , sent many emails ... no reply . Eventually got through , being passed from pillar to post via them and store online ( which have been very helpful), they want me to take the machine back to the store for an exchange , even though I paid for delivery, installation and removal ..... 3 weeks down the line , they have agreed to come out ... I hold my breath ... never again !
Drum sheared in 2 months, customer service adds insult to injury
I paid around 400 quid for a washing machine, a considerable amount of money. As a full time working single parent with kids at home a functional washing machine is an absolute necessity. I had an engineer visit who wrote it off as unrepairable - the end of the drum has sheared off. I heard nothing further for 24 hours (another day wearing dirty socks and no pants) then I called their help desk. The woman I spoke to was so rude I found her aggressive (despite calling me sir!) She point blank refused to in any way to expedite my case because apparently she works in the wrong department. When I asked her to speak to her manager she hung up on me (I had not raised my voice or cursed at any point in our conversation - she had zero grounds for hanging up other than she couldn't be bothered to speak to me anymore). Absolutely appalling customer service and poor product.
Disappointing experience with Hisense Warranty Service
I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from Hisense regarding my fridge freezer, which has been out of order for two weeks. Despite being under warranty, the company has not been able to provide any estimated time for the arrival of the necessary parts to fix the issue.
A fridge is an essential appliance for any household, and not having one is not just inconvenient; it puts my family's health at risk. Unlike a vacuum cleaner, which can be replaced or repaired with minimal impact on daily life, a malfunctioning fridge affects our food storage and safety.
I expected a prompt and effective response from Hisense, especially considering their warranty policy. However, the lack of communication and urgency in resolving the issue has been disappointing. I hope they can improve their service and support for customers facing similar situations in the future.
Useless numbnuts
Useless....if you enjoy stress and aggravation and you really like standing in the corner head butting walls for hours on end and most importantly you have plenty of spare unwanted cash then I strongly recommend this company your going to have a great time....
Extremely disappointing experience with Hisense's warranty service.
After initially promising to send a technician onsite to inspect the issue, they backtracked and instead requested photos of the TV. We complied and sent clear, detailed images. Their response? They claimed the TV had an internal crack and refused to honor the warranty—despite the fact that the screen showed no visible damage or scratches. When I asked them to point out the supposed crack, they said it wasn’t necessarily visible to the naked eye. That’s a weak and evasive excuse to avoid responsibility.
Hisense's approach to customer service and warranty claims is dishonest and frustrating. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this brand.
I think it's a good product
I sked the Chatbot to recommend a dishwasher and it suggested a Hisense, First thoughts are it is very quiet and does a good job. It was purchased from Amazon so I know I can get help quickly if anything goes wrong. I see this Trustpilot review is crammed full of dreadful reviews but I remain optimistic .
It is the worst brand
It is the worst brand. I bought a stove that lasted 10 days in use. I have been waiting a month for it to be fixed. I would have been better off buying a second-hand one. What a crappy brand. They are not responsible. They should have taken things from the market and not scam people anymore. And the worst thing is that I bought a refrigerator from the same brand. Terrible service.
The worst customer support experience
The worst customer support experience I have ever faced. I might never again buy anything with this brand. Very frustrating. It's been more than 1 month since I am asking to give me any solution to my broken washing machine and still only vague excuses. No one even came to check it, no actions at all. Perhaps they are just waiting for my warranty to end so they don't need to do anything.
My washing machine drum broke after 1…
My washing machine drum broke after 1 year took 6 weeks to get a replacement. The replacement came faulty from day one the drum bearings, drum seal and pump was all faulty took another 3 weeks to sort out. All that time I was having to use a launderette which. Also was told to reinforce my floor which did nothing and Hisense didn’t care or compensate me for the cost I incurred for the launderette or the reinforcement of my floor. They lie and deceive you when you ring them what a joke of a company will never buy there products again and advise no one to do so.
