Allstate's customer service has become awesome!
I am thrilled to say that after Hisense refused to honor their 1 yr warranty my extended warranty by Allstate Square trade came through with a resolution. They were timely, informed and handled it all within a few hours. Bravo!!! My representative Hamza was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive and quickly handled my case with a resolution of a new replacement TV. Kudos to Allstate for turning their customer service around!!!
Update the email sent to get reimbursed would not work, called back and now have to wait for them to fix the problem....could be up to 3 days before I get resolution, if no email is sent have to call back in 3 days, so will follow up when the resolution is fixed.😢
Last update as will never use them again. Insisted that we send the computer to them for repair. Wrapped the screen with bubble wrap, put it in 2 boxes for more protection. Got an email saying they received it and within 2 days would have the results. Well a few days later get an email saying because the damage , being broken and cracked they would not make the repair and my warranty was null and void. Sent pics of the screen all busted up sent it back! There wasnt a second angle scratch on it when it left here, now it's garbage!!!!. There's no way the screen got busted in shipping, looks like someone hit it with a heavy object. We could at least use it before. Why wouldn't they use a local shop?I live in Vegas, plenty of repair places. I am appauled, and from now on back with Assurian! 09/13/2023
