Sent Happy Birthday to Cancer patient instead of Get Well!

From the begining, the website was glitchy, kept forcing discount offers over my order to interrupt the process, took an hour to complete order. The occasion was Get Well as my sister in law just found out she had stage 4 lung cancer and Tuesday would begin chemo. The note spoke to the chemo and the delivery was to the local hospital. They sent a Happy Birthday balloon! We were mortified to say the least and the flowers did not look like any of the three arrangements they had as examples for the deal of the day. I am very disappointed and when contacted they sent a response automated template it appeared to say this order will be refunded 5.95 will appear on next statement or your next order? That's it! Not even a human response with so sorry for the mistake. Will never use this service again, they failed miserably and during a very sensitive situation, without so much as an apology! Just horrible!!!
