Perfect customer support experience

Mr Omar made sure he listen to the COMPLETE issue before cutting in as if he already knew my issue .
After listening he was polite and asked me to hold on so he could further investigate.
He then gave me positive results which AS OF RIGHT NOW I'm well pleased

She was very knowledgeable

She was very knowledgeable. After the chat representative failed me by not providing options to help with resolving my issue - she was able to think outside the box to help me. I really appreciate her for this as I was really stressed about the issue. Great employee to have on your team. I don’t usually take the time out to write this much on a survey but I was very impressed with her service.
