May I complement Eliz for her professionalism, responsiveness & excellent customer service when dealing with an issue with my order. Not only was my problem solved, a gesture of goodwill was offered and my order will now arrive tomorrow before 12pm

Not good for commuting
EDIT: The best customer service out of any company I’ve dealt with to date. DeVanté from Stubble dealt with my situation incredibly promptly and professionally and offered a suitable resolution. Nice to see such impressive customer service.
Original Review: Owned the roll top backpack for a year now, really fantastic bag for the most part but I would not recommend as a commuter. The laptop pocket zip has on several occasions popped open and when putting my bag on getting off the tube, resulted in my laptop being launched out the back pocket and smashing on the ground. Even when the bag isn’t packed much at all the laptop pocket pops open and has resulted in my laptop breaking on two occasions costing several hundred pounds to repair. Overall, disappointing as a lot of great features, but not reliable enough for the price.

Still looks new after two years of being used as a school bag and for travelling
I bought the everyday backpack two years ago. I am a teacher and use it as my school bag every day. It's great for my school laptop and iPad and has enough room for all my other school stuff. I find it convenient that it can stand upright on its own without needing a desk to support it.
I also use the backpack for travelling, and since I recently had a sabbatical, this backpack has already done a lot of travelling - Malta, Ireland, Greece, Morocco, Senegal, The Gambia. I would add photos if I could. I always use it as a personal item on board and never had any issues. And I volunteered as a teacher in Morocco and used it as my school bag there too.
And the best thing about it, it still looks new! :-)
I made a BIG mistake
I made a BIG, BIG mistake with my delivery address (Madrid instead of Miami — can you imagine??), and even though the package had already been processed, the team went above and beyond to help me fix it.
They managed to recall the parcel and arrange a new shipment to the correct address — something most brands wouldn’t even attempt!
The communication was kind, clear, and human throughout. I felt truly taken care of. Huge shoutout to Eliz for her incredible support — you don’t get this kind of service every day.
Customer service like this turns a small mistake into a reason to stay loyal to a brand. Thank you again!
Issue with bag durability, but responsive and fair support
I bought the Roll Top Bag in 2021 and really liked the design and functionality. Unfortunately, the outer material began peeling within a few years of regular commuting and travel, which felt premature for a premium product marketed as durable and sustainable.
Initially, I was disappointed that no repair option was available, especially from a brand with strong B Corp messaging. However, I contacted Stubble & Co and they took the time to explain the limitations clearly, acknowledged my concerns, and offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, even though I was outside the warranty period.
While I still believe the product should have lasted longer, I really appreciate how they engaged with me and took my feedback seriously. It’s clear they are a small business trying to do the right thing and improve, which goes a long way. I hope they continue to develop more robust aftercare options in future.
Note: my original review was 2 stars, upgraded to 3 following the above.
Still yet to receive bag
Still yet to receive bag. I ordered a bag and it still hasn’t been received. It’s “stuck” with Evri and they are not responding either. Whilst I appreciate that this isn’t stubble and co, it’s really disappointing that they haven’t responded to either of my two emails requesting their intervention. It’s also not my issue they use a third party to deliver, my paid stubble and co for a product and I haven’t received it.

Everyday Backpack
I ordered the Everyday 20L backpack and I could be more happy with it. It’s well made, practical and looks great. Fast and reliable delivery.
Zips failed on two bags and lining disintegrated
I got a roll top and a gift and for the first year was great, also got one for my partner. However on both bags less than 1 year on one and 2 years on the other the zips on the laptop section have failed so laptops cannot be stored safely there now. The lining on mine inside has also completely torn and disintegrated. Overall quality doesn’t seem great.

Super quick dispatch; however, unfortunately the courier service made an error with the shipment. I reached out to the Stubble & Co team where Eliz responded almost immediately, was polite, efficient and shipped me a new bag within minutes of having the correct information from me. Great service and excited to get the bag as my partner has one and it's great. Definitely recommend
I purchased the "classic backpack 15l"
I purchased the "classic backpack 15l". The straps are so comfortable and I don't get any back ache. Fits all I need in for work, note pad, Mac laptop, snacks and drink on the side of the bag. Very good quality, its worth the money. The only negative was the courier Evri who delivered my bag to the wrong address and I could not locate my parcel. I emailed stubble & Co and they were so helpful especially Eliz who sent a new bag out immediately who used a different, reliable courier company. Evri were very unhelpful and they make it impossible to commute to an actual human being. I have still not heard from them! awful couriers. Stubble & Co are great! highly recommend their items.

I've loved my bag for just over 2 years, sadly the zip broke but after enquiring about potential repair fully understanding I was out of warranty Eliz kindly sorted out a replacement anyway.

Helpful and prompt
Eliz has been exceptional helpful and responsive linking a repair query with a purchase to solve dual postage. As a company, products are fab. On this occasion zips broke and replacement/repair has been prompt and forthcoming.
Excellent customer service
Purchased an everyday backpack months ago, which unfortunately eventually developed a fault in a seam connecting the straps to the backpack. I contacted Stubble & Co asking for the possibility to repair it at a cost and they instead offered me a free replacement bag. Customer support representatives were quick to respond and very helpful.
