ZERO Options available to speak to customer service

Tried to call the two numbers provided - both for pay monthly:

0330 303 5063

And to change my meter:
0330 102 8930 (sent in email)

One number said that they are closed for Christmas (it is May) the second just said that they are closed.

Website says opening hours are:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (I am calling / messaging between 12pm and 2pm)

Have been waiting for an hour to be put through to a representative on the chat system.


Awful customer service.

Good quality products but the shipping…

Good quality products but the shipping times are abominable. Whilst shipping is free, there are no options to upgrade for faster shipping so there is nothing that they can currently offer to improve this.

If you need these short notice I would go to amazon or other suppliers

Review of product

I bought the 20L roll top back at the end of 2021. I'm still using the bag to this day with minimal wear and tear, having been a computer (by bike and tube) in London for the entire period.

For four years, I cannot recommend the quality enough, it has stayed completely waterproof, carried everything I need to get to work, change of clothes, trainers, laptop, lunch, waterbottles, plus the padded back and straps have saved my muscles.

Cannot recommend enough.
