I would love to know what the person responsible for building the live chat bot does for a living? It's the most awful bot I've ever used, if every single flow leads through to say "that team is no longer available via chat" or "please call us" then please tell me what's the point in having a bot? You may as well not pay for the software or the individual (hopefully not individuals) responsible for building the bot. Maybe if you invested that money in to some more actual customer service agents you'd offer better service and people might stick around.

I bought a Stubble&Co bag in February…

I bought a Stubble&Co bag in February of this year, the service was great and the quality of the bag was fantastic. I have recently had a small issue with the bag and I received really quick support from Eliz in their customer service team and she sorted it straight away. You can tell a lot from a company by the way they treat their customers when something goes wrong and this lot couldn't do more.

Review of cinch

Poor Experience

The only reason this review isn't 1 star is because of Sandy and Evie at Cinch customer service. I bought an EV and it was delivered with 15 miles of range and no charging cables. I had to purchase more, wait for them to arrive and then wait for a refund from Cinch. Then I take the car to have new tyres fitted (they were delivered with less than 1mm) and there's no locking wheel nut key, I ring Cinch and Sandy was as helpful as she could be. I rang back to check what they would accept as a receipt for removing the nuts and replacing and the man who answered put me on hold before coming back and telling me the car wasn't advertised with locking wheel nuts and asked me if I'm sure there's one on the car??? After paying to have them removed I'm waiting for Cinch to refund that too. Luckily when I rang back I wasn't unfortunate enough to get him again, Evie was helpful and processed my refund. Overall a pretty poor experience for a company who's slogan is "Cars without the faff".
