Absolutely poor service. Kraken tries to lock people out of their account in the name of security! I have been asked to go through a very stringent security and then they still kept my account locked out! Their support team is not only slow but, completely useless and sends into loops so you do not withdraw funds from them!

This is one of the worst third party travel agencies when it comes to rescheduling the flights. The charges are very high and they take a lot of time during which the prices always end up going higher. In fact, they do not have a policy to provide you a fair charge upon rescheduling to date cheaper date. Rest assured whatever you do you price adjustment charge will be much higher than the market rate.

I had booked tickets with them from london to mumbai for 16 - 26 dec (holiday season) just less than 24 hours later I had to reschedule to 2-10 dec (cheaper tickets across the board). This is what I ended up paying:

airline penalty : 130GBP
price difference: 131GBP (the price difference on their platform was atleast 100GBP lower for 2-10 dec17 than 16-26 dec17)
lastminute handling fee: 30GBP

Net I pay : 290GBP more for non-holiday period tickets!
