Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I left Virgin Media in November, and sent back their equipment as requested in the same month. Since December, until now in March - I have received multiple letters threatening with action for a £40 non return fee. Having spoken to multiple support agents, and been assured it would be resolved... it STILL hasn't been. Horrific company, would never use again!

Excellent quality bags and customer service

Excellent quality bags, made to last. I had an issue with my bag after nearly two years - and given the warranty, I requested a repair. They responded within an hour and said that due to the nature of the repair they’d be happy to send a replacement instead.

Excellent service and it’s convinced me that I will definitely be purchasing another (my fourth!) bag from them soon.

Review of ADHD360

Initial care excellent - week two onwards, awful!

Initial diagnosis and care was excellent with Mica - who advised me she was leaving ADHD360. I wasn't too concerned though, as hoped other clinicians would be as good... I was wrong. Since that initial diagnosis I have continually had to chase this company up for every single thing - whether thats for a new clinician to be assigned, prescriptions to be sent, follow ups to be arranged... in fact I'm not sure there's yet been anything I haven't had to chase for. Oh and four months after the initial diagnosis - a shared care letter (which I was told would be sent within the first month or so) still hasn't been written... Whilst paying the expensive prescription fees to ADHD360 you have to wonder if they purposely take their time with this?

All in all, a very disappointing process. Private care with ADHD360 is not cheap, but the service received is far from any other private care I've experienced in the past. I really hope I've got unlucky and things will improve - but the experience isn't a good one so far.

Used their express service in an ASDA…

Used their express service in an ASDA store to trade in my phone. The phone was two months old with not a single imperfection.

Their trade in machine decided to offer me £150 less than originally quoted as the condition wasn’t good enough. (Doesn’t tell you why - in reality I think the machine is set up to con you).

Sold it to Envirofone instead who paid the full amount as the phone was clearly in excellent condition.

Wouldn’t use MusicMagpie again, seems their strategy is to offer a competitive amount and then knock you down!

Looking into your order, I can see that the reason for revision is due to light signs of wear and tear on the device. Specifically on the top angle and around the buttons.

We do our best to try and match your original quote however, in this case, the device was in a different condition than originally specified which means we have had to revise the initial quote. We understand that you may not have been aware of this prior to sending which is why we offer to return your device if you are unhappy with the revised offer.

I hope this explains the reason for the revision of the price for you, apologies for any confusion caused.

Flash website, but awful service!

Ordered two jackets from Workwear Express that showed as in stock on their site with a delivery date of a week later. Two weeks later I received a package containing only one jacket. I then had to chase this up via email and was advised the other jacket was on back order and was due to be dispatched a week later, but they didn’t bother letting me know about this. Fast forward a month later, they still haven’t delivered this second jacket and responses from customer service are scripted and unhelpful. They have taken zero ownership for this issue. A terrible company that I regret trusting with our order. We have a trade show next week which we wanted to wear matching jackets for - but thanks to the non existent service from Workwear Express, this won’t be happening.

Review of Adventure Connections

Excellent from start to finish!

Dan and the team were excellent from start to finish. They made my job in organising the Stag as pain free as it possibly could be.

All the accommodation and activity options were listed out for me, with genuine opinions on how each would suit our group too... I didn’t have much knowledge of Brighton - so listening to Dan’s feedback was vital in ensuring we had a good weekend.

The accommodation that was booked for us was a superb choice, extremely clean and couldn’t be better suited for a large group. (Brighton Pavilion Gatehouse).

The activities booked were excellent and all ran smoothly due to Adventure Connections planning.

In summary, we had an amazing stag weekend - and it was mostly due to using Adventure Connections. Will definitely use them again for any events.
