Have to admit these guys were fantastic. I had a faulty product that came through with discolouration and they immediately acknowledged their issue and sent me a replacement without me needing to exchange which was great. Though, whilst this process was happening, the price of the bag reduced further and upon asking, they refunded me the difference which I thought was great.

Quality of the bag is excellent and a brilliant EDC bag.

Very pleased and great company

I made a mistake by not checking the reviews before ordering as they weren't great. However, I'm glad I didn't listen to them because I was without a working kitchen sink and these guys were the only provider to not try and sell me the whole unit and only the bit I needed AND delivered exactly on time within the 48h they promised. Cannot fault the service and truly didn't think they'd come through based on the reviews. Personally, my experience was excellent and now I have a working tap!

Awful experience, never delivered my sofa. Took my money regardless and kept their phone lines jam packed so i couldn't complain and change it. I am now moving into an empty flat with no chairs...

Couldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
