I made a BIG mistake
I made a BIG, BIG mistake with my delivery address (Madrid instead of Miami — can you imagine??), and even though the package had already been processed, the team went above and beyond to help me fix it.
They managed to recall the parcel and arrange a new shipment to the correct address — something most brands wouldn’t even attempt!
The communication was kind, clear, and human throughout. I felt truly taken care of. Huge shoutout to Eliz for her incredible support — you don’t get this kind of service every day.
Customer service like this turns a small mistake into a reason to stay loyal to a brand. Thank you again!
