!!! AVOID !!!
I recently saw a BMW M3 CS listed for £50,000 at the Doncaster branch. I was informed the car had moved to the Wakefield branch and was advised to contact them if I was still interested. After speaking with a sales representative named Christian, I explained the part-exchange deal I had been offered at Doncaster. He said he would speak to management and get back to me.
I was then encouraged to travel to view the vehicle, which I did — a 2-hour journey. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the car hadn't been prepped, had an MOT nearing expiry, and all four tyres showed severe cracking. When I raised my concerns, I was told, “It will pass an MOT so it doesn’t matter.” This response was quite alarming, especially given that the tyres were visibly unsafe and likely wouldn’t pass a proper inspection. The vehicle even has inspection check warning on the idrive.
Additionally, I was shocked to learn the price had increased by £2,000 — solely due to the car being moved to a different branch — even though the car had been unsold for over 3 months at the lower price and had no added prep or value. When I questioned this, Christian responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Communication throughout was poor; I had to chase up emails and felt like I was being treated as a nuisance for simply asking valid questions.
Selling a high-performance vehicle with clearly unsafe tyres and then attempting to justify a price increase with no justification is not only unprofessional, it raises serious safety concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others when dealing with this dealership — particularly when safety, pricing transparency, and customer service appear to be afterthoughts.

Everytime I write a review they get it taken down and deleted
I got an oil change from here they wouldn’t let me stay in the building when I got it done
They told me to go home
I came after the weekend to collect it they had damaged all my non ext with scratches and swirl marks for a car wash I didn’t ask for and also added 100 miles of mileage only my car. From the tracker I can see they drove it out of Bradford
I contacted the CEO John Tordoff who basically told me to get lost and sent me threatening messages
I have all images as proof
I brought a 3 year old KIA Niro car on 28/7/2025 from their Seat Dealership at Hillsborough and collected it on 7/08/2025. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The car was well presented. I asked at the time if there was any issues and was told everything was fine. The documentation was sent to me around 18/8/2025. There was a nasty surprise lurking, on the documentation it clearly showed a recall notice on it. I checked with KIA and the recall had not been dealt with by JCT600. As I live in Essex I had to find a local KIA Dealer to check the car ASAP, which was not easy. I wrote to the Manager 3 times for an explanation but have received no reply. Advice check documentation out before you buy a used car from them. Very disappointed with my experience.

I had a truly terrible experience with Porsche York Center and the JCT600 group. I purchased a 911 and within just one day discovered that one of the keys didn’t work. The car wouldn’t recognize it, which left me stuck inside the vehicle multiple times, with the alarm blaring, completely unable to get out. An unacceptable situation for a car of this price and supposed prestige.
What made everything worse was the lack of communication and accountability. They left me in the dark and showed zero proactivity. A Porsche dealership should be offering courtesy cars, clear updates, and proper service — none of which I received.
To add insult to injury, I was promised the Silverstone experience as part of my purchase, but after this whole ordeal I have no interest in it. What I want instead is the equivalent value, since Porsche York has completely destroyed the sense of excitement and trust in the brand.
Overall: careless, unprofessional, and totally unworthy of the Porsche name. If you are considering buying from Porsche York Center, think twice — once they’ve sold you the car, their customer service is non-existent.

Minimum wage staff, minimum wage service, minimum wage attitude.
Common sense would dictate that if you have booking system for an MOT or Service appointment, you make sure you have the resources available to be able to accommodate said booking - or you just don't allow the customer to be able to book an MOT on that specific day.
It's pretty simple, really, but not according to the Legendary JCT600.
But then again, common sense these days is not so common. The term "common sense" should really be renamed "intellectually gifted" because there's a serious shortage of intelligent people in this country - especially when it comes to designing systems that supposedly give customers the best UX.
Booked a vehicle in for its annual MOT, & received a confirmation as you would expect.
I then received an email telling me "unfortunately we do not have any availability on that day".
Why tell me you do then?
You would have thought a bunch of fully-grown adults would have the foresight to NOT allow anyone to book their vehicle in for a MOT if there was no availability on the day the customer requests.
The fact that I had no response to the question as to why they allowed me to book my MOT on the day in question, speaks volumes.
The best part of this was when they offered me an alternative date, before stating that if this was not convenient, they will look for the closest possible date available. Considering how they handled the processing of my booking so far, what makes them think they have the intellectual capacity to check availability for any other future date?
I put this question to them as well.
Guess what?
Yup, crickets.
Says it all, doesn't it?

Avoid this company at all costs!
I left a £250 deposit on a car, which was supposed to be returnable. They tried to push me into the highest APR finance deal they could, which I later found out (after taking proper financial advice) was a complete rip-off. I immediately cancelled and asked for my deposit back.
It’s now been over 8 days and my money still hasn’t been returned. They’re quick enough to take your cash but drag their heels when it comes to giving it back. This is not how a trustworthy business should behave.
If you value your money and don’t want to be pressured into sky-high finance deals, steer well clear of this company.

I bought a Hyundai Tucson today from JCT600 Doncaster, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Andy, our salesman, was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He really made me feel at ease and took the time to ensure the car was the right fit for me. He equipped me with all the details I needed, explaining everything clearly and patiently.
Andy also went above and beyond to make it a great experience for the whole family. He chatted with my children and helped make them feel involved, while the lovely lady at reception offered them hot chocolate and biscuits – such a thoughtful gesture that helped make the experience stress-free and genuinely enjoyable.
Overall, the whole process was smooth, professional, and exciting. Andy’s customer service was outstanding, and we’re absolutely thrilled with our new Tucson.
Thank you to Andy and the team at JCT600 Doncaster!

I recently purchased a SEAT Leon from the Leeds showroom and had an outstanding experience thanks to Malaika, the saleswoman who assisted me throughout the process. From the moment I walked into the showroom, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming.
Malaika took the time to understand my needs and guided me patiently through the different models and options available. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out most was her honesty, attention to detail, and how smoothly she handled the entire process — from the test drive to finalizing the paperwork.
Thanks to her help, I felt confident and comfortable in my purchase, and I absolutely love my new SEAT! It drives beautifully, looks fantastic, and was the perfect choice for me.
If you’re considering buying a SEAT, I highly recommend asking for Malaika — she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish.

When the roof on my 64 plate Audi A3 cab stopped working, I booked it in with these clowns. Was in/out, paid for diagnostic tests and eventually quoted £4700 ( I think plus vat...but can't remember). Paid ECU expert £200 to check the control unit and he said he got it working but it just immediately overheats.
Couldn't afford £5k plus so have driven it as hardtop for past 3 years. Someone put me in touch with roofmotors.com who pointed out if it's overheating, it's the motor not the pump. We have one in for £169 incl delivery. Arrived next day, mechanic pal fitted for £70.
Surprise, surprise my roof works perfectly.
I would say that other than the roof, everything in the car has worked perfectly for 123,000 miles (11 years) which goes to show Audis are great cars. It's just a shame you have to rely on idiots like Audi Sheffield to maintain them.
To be fair, they do wash and vacuum your car when you take it in so maybe that explains the £4500+ difference in getting things fixed?
Date of experience was 3 years ago but was only today I found out what thieving/cheating so and so's they are
Take your Audi ANYWHERE BUT HERE for maintenance

Bought an Audi from JCT600 Sheffield, as usual with any customer service it’s good as they want your money after this don’t bother, they are not interested and will fob you off, salesman offered extra’s which apparently are still in the post a month later. Why lie?

Keep receiving marketing text messages with no way to opt out. Opt out link takes you to a completely unrelated survey and account set up. Unclear if this intentional but it’s unacceptable practice for a company not to provide a method to stop awful marketing contact, especially when you haven’t signed up in the first place.

We wanted to test drive a KIA Ceed. I contacted the Castleford dealership 3 times to request this. My details were taken but nobody returned the call.
We then went to the dealership on Sunday at 11am and was told that they did not open until 12. They said to come back at 12 and a car would be available. We returned at 12 and no car was available. We were ignored by all the sales staff as we wondered around the showroom. The dealership manager was in his office, and also ignored us, so we just walked out.
We wanted to buy a KIA, however if this is how you are treated even before they take your money then forget it and go elsewhere.
