We had such an amazing experience! Sonny was absolutely fantastic with us, making us feel like at home at all times and getting us to test our Mercedes CLA200 in such a warm, polite, and friendly way. We are certainly amazed by the customer service approach and totally recommend it.

I advise everyone here to AVOID this company at all costs. They have granted the whole of my deposit to the landlady despite she provided inconclusive evidence and inflated bills towards repairs that I have allegedly caused but can't be proven, yet the abusive landlady gets what she wants. Do not waste your valuable time making complaints, because you will not be listen to. Everything is premeditated. The only solution is taking them to the small courts claim so at least a judge can decide and not a biased company that always rules in favour of the owner.

In law, the deposit remains the property of the tenant unless the member proves entitlement; the onus is on the member to demonstrate and prove that they are entitled to any amount they are claiming. The member is required to rebut any of the tenant’s assertions and provide reasons and evidence as to why they are entitled to deduct an amount from the tenant’s deposit. All of the scheme’s adjudicators are independent from the running of the scheme, experienced, are legally trained and/or hold membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration and have the training and ability to deliver adjudication decisions in accordance with legislative requirements governing the scheme. The scheme’s adjudicators are trained to follow a consistent approach to regularly occurring issues. This does not however mean that an adjudicator (or adjudicators) will find in exactly the same way in different cases. Although cases may seem the same to a member or tenant, every case is different and the evidence provided will be slightly different depending on the specific circumstances of that case. Adjudicators have discretion to decide what they believe to be fair in the circumstances. If one adjudicator considers a certain course of action to be fair in a case, a different adjudicator may consider a slightly different course to also be fair. Like a judge in the courts the adjudicator has discretion to make a decision based on the evidence submitted. As long as the adjudicator has followed the correct approach and explained the reason(s) for coming to a decision, then that decision will be correct even if a party is not happy with the decision. Absolute scam. Do not waste your time completing surveys that will not be paid, in many cases. The site will allow you to spend 15 minutes doing a survey and will kick you out at the end of it claiming that "you do not qualify for this survey" or "surveys fill up quickly". Any dumb reason so you don't get paid what you deserve. Total waste of time.
Totally discriminatory. These people have declined my reference because I am on maternity leave. They have not checked when I am back to work or contacted my employer. I have just 10 days left of maternity leave and potentially could lose my down payment for my new rented house.
