Avoid at all costs
While ordering was easy, that’s where the problems began. The delivery team damaged the dryer on delivery, damaging our property and the product. They didn’t even tell us, even though it was obvious from the picture they took.
They left even when we shouted them back. Samsung has no interest in the issue and just ridiculed us when we called, saying, “Do you think you’re the only people with damaged goods today?” This sets the tone for the ongoing battle to get a replacement.
I still await any substantive response. The products are decent, but the company is abysmal.
Update - I have now had a response from Samsung they have offered me a £50 voucher as they don’t offer partial refunds & tried divest themselves of all responsibility for the damage caused to my property even though my contract is with them.
