Excellent service on both my Bentley’s

Excellent service on both my Bentley’s.
Nicola in service dept, extremely helpful indeed. Adeel front of Bentley house very helpful too.
Very friendly/ welcoming staff in both service and sales.

I write on behalf of my daughter …

I write on behalf of my daughter Olivia, who serves in the military police and left it to me to exchange her Fiesta for a new Focus. I have to say the buying experience for a young girl investing in a brand new car, wasnt good. We were told only a couple of days prior to collection, the white car she wanted wasnt available, only the second choice of black. Whilst the actual deal was good, by comparison, the collection day wasnt particularly memorable . The car was parked in the carpark , where after too longer waite, we were eventually taken to it, Olivia shown the controls by the friendly sales guy and goodbye.
In sharp contrast to her friend Anna, who only 2 days earlier, had collected her new Polo, which was in the showroom, rapped in a bow, with chocolates, flowwers and a full tank of fuel. Incidently , months later, still not recieved a log book
