AVOID! POOR SERVICE! WASTE OF TIME

!!! AVOID !!!

I recently saw a BMW M3 CS listed for £50,000 at the Doncaster branch. I was informed the car had moved to the Wakefield branch and was advised to contact them if I was still interested. After speaking with a sales representative named Christian, I explained the part-exchange deal I had been offered at Doncaster. He said he would speak to management and get back to me.

I was then encouraged to travel to view the vehicle, which I did — a 2-hour journey. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the car hadn't been prepped, had an MOT nearing expiry, and all four tyres showed severe cracking. When I raised my concerns, I was told, “It will pass an MOT so it doesn’t matter.” This response was quite alarming, especially given that the tyres were visibly unsafe and likely wouldn’t pass a proper inspection. The vehicle even has inspection check warning on the idrive.

Additionally, I was shocked to learn the price had increased by £2,000 — solely due to the car being moved to a different branch — even though the car had been unsold for over 3 months at the lower price and had no added prep or value. When I questioned this, Christian responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Communication throughout was poor; I had to chase up emails and felt like I was being treated as a nuisance for simply asking valid questions.
Selling a high-performance vehicle with clearly unsafe tyres and then attempting to justify a price increase with no justification is not only unprofessional, it raises serious safety concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others when dealing with this dealership — particularly when safety, pricing transparency, and customer service appear to be afterthoughts.

AVOID

AVOID! Sold my car to these at the start of July, they tried every reason not to pay out after accepting the vehicle even with all proof and questions answered. It's now 23rd August 2022 and ive still not being paid or had my vehicle back due to one of their drivers crashing my car front end damage. They don't have any helpline to call for updates, they advise to email after sales who are ignoring my emails and haven't been helpful at all. I informed them I wanted the vehicle repaired at Main Dealer due to the nature of vehicle and I need a courtesy vehicle as I can't be without a vehicle. The vehicle has been with them over 40 days now without any updates.
