I had a truly terrible experience with Porsche York Center and the JCT600 group. I purchased a 911 and within just one day discovered that one of the keys didn’t work. The car wouldn’t recognize it, which left me stuck inside the vehicle multiple times, with the alarm blaring, completely unable to get out. An unacceptable situation for a car of this price and supposed prestige.

What made everything worse was the lack of communication and accountability. They left me in the dark and showed zero proactivity. A Porsche dealership should be offering courtesy cars, clear updates, and proper service — none of which I received.

To add insult to injury, I was promised the Silverstone experience as part of my purchase, but after this whole ordeal I have no interest in it. What I want instead is the equivalent value, since Porsche York has completely destroyed the sense of excitement and trust in the brand.

Overall: careless, unprofessional, and totally unworthy of the Porsche name. If you are considering buying from Porsche York Center, think twice — once they’ve sold you the car, their customer service is non-existent.

I had a very bad experience

I had a truly terrible experience with Porsche York Center. I purchased a 911 and within just one day discovered that one of the keys didn’t work. What made everything worse was the lack of communication and accountability. After sending the V5 within days, no one bothered to follow up with me, inform me about parts, or keep me updated. They left me in the dark and showed zero proactivity. A Porsche dealership should be offering courtesy cars, clear updates, and proper service — none of which I received.

Volotea ripped us off

Volotea charged us, a growing family of 4, 123.60 euro to check in at the airport, even if their system was not working to check in online. This is simply an extortion to working class people, should be illegal. I swear, even at the cost of changing destination I’ll never ever buy another ticket from you so you took 123 euro from me but will lose on future tickets and reputation. I wish you the worst from a business prospective. I also tried to get it reimbursed but they keep sending me non sense responses

Avoid them

Scandal Vootea , charged 123 euro to a family of 4 with your kids to do check in at airport when online system were not working. Nothing to add, other than that ill avoid them forever.

I read the company claim to be among…

I read the company claim to be among the best delivery company. Well, in my case they left a very heavy item downstairs refusing to bring it to the agreed floor. At least they could have informed me it was a ground floor delivery and I have could found alternative arrangements.

Bad experience with them

The was I bought was rated as good conditions. In my opinion this is misleading : the phone was in bad contortions (many scratches and dents) and most importantly the battery life is really bad. Not really a refurbished phone

Avoid this place at all cost. It’s dirty, they don’t clean it at all, your kid will probably take some sort of infections and not to talk about the extremely unpleasant and rude staff. Food is crap. Simply don’t go.

it's probably a scam, i ordered a day2 covid test, got charged and never received it. I called them and after a huge wait they say no refund is possible. Avoid them if you don't want to lose your money.

Fraudster?

Only one idea at this stage: fraudster?
I called Expedia 8 times, spoke with 5 different managers and put 5 complains, all never responded.
I lost my hopes in getting my moneis back from Expedia.
Booked an hotel, get email confirmation. Call them the day after with the itinerary number received to cancel the hotel under the cancellation policy.
Due to an IT error on their side they cannot find the reservation and so cannot cancell the hotel. I have to prove them I am telling the truth by sending the emails confirmation and credit cards screenshot with the debit to proof I am right and in good faith.
After 2 days they manually cancell the hotel but do not refund on my card as of yet, and they keep delaying it . Probably due to the same IT problem they basically are stealing my moneis and do not reply to complains. Hope you at Expedia enjoy the moneis at least .

The worst customer service in the world

The worst customer service you could experience in the market for an online shop that brand itself as luxury. They ignore your emails, don’t respond to call and most importantly you have to chase BIG TIME to get a refund. Ridicously bad.

I have never experienced such a bad service

I have never experienced such a bad service, seriously. Booked a car rental in Spain one month ago, prepaid the rental and gave them my flight number. Arrived 2 hour late at pick up and was told that my reservation was cancelled. Nothing else but please go away. Had to rent a second car with another company and still waiting for a refund from Alamo. Unbelievable
