Great platform, but it's annoying when you complete a survey and it says You didnt match and doesn't give you the points it promised at the start

Though we try our best to pre-qualify you for all surveys, there's always a possibility that you are deemed 'not a match' should you not fit the exact criteria our partners are looking for. Also, when a survey invite goes out, it can attract more Branded Surveys Members than originally planned and they fill up really quickly.

In terms of late disqualifications, we advise that you utilize our "Report Issue" tool, which can be found via the "My Points" section on your dashboard. Our team analysts will review your submission and offer points accordingly. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our services.

Great customer care

I have recently hired two vehicles from the Mansfield branch over the last week and can only praise them for really great service. I had to make two trips to the West Midlands due to my car being off the road, and on both occasions the service was great. Super friendly and professional staff, good cars, it was a pleasure hiring the vehicles.

Outstanding Customer Service!

I would like to sincerely thank everyone at Sheffield Audi for going above and beyond expectations in rectifying the situation I'd had with the brake caliper on my Audi TT.
I dropped the car to have the work done, and was kindly offered a taxi drop-off to save waiting around, as it was an lengthy job. Due to a part being needed ,the car wasn't able to be repaired the same day, but a taxi was also made available the next day to collect myself from my place of work and they eve had someone handover my car back even though it was after hours! Extremely impressive service! All at JCT600 have certainly restored my confidence and I look forward to continuing to use them to look after my Audi.

Error made, but rectified 👍


I went to JCT600 Sheffield Audi for a service , I was happy with their work and the car needed some follow-up work on the 10th April 2025,, a new handbrake cable, new drivers side mirror glass and a new rear offside caliper. I had the work done and noticed that the rear caliper hadn't been changed, even though it said so on invoice. I also noticed they hadn't listed the part number of the caliper on the invoice, just 4 bolts instead. So after spending quite a while trying to get through on the phone to them, they rectified the situation by explaining their error on invoice and refunding the overpaid amount.
So I'm now pleased it's be clarified and resolved. As a result I've updated my review and rating.

Great service from Boxt/Wayne Tomlinson⁴

Just wanted to thank Boxt for coming out today due to issue with my Google Nest Thermostat/ Heatlink. The engineer was super helpful and polite, really good service, even though unfortunately my technical issue is with Thermostat and not the heatlink, the engineer ( Wayne Tomlinson) explained everything clearly and what steps to solve issue.

'0' Star service!!!

This review is a follow-up on my last one, and things are even worse!! Rang up twice to speak to someone regarding their terrible customer service, the first time the lady listened and seemed reasonably helpful, but ended up not finishing dealing with the matter and transfered me back to Pacifica (Repairers) who were typically unhelpful ! I think called Electrolux the other day and the call handler just cut me off and never tried getting back to me!! And I can see from the other comments on Trustpilot what outrageous customer service they have, and clearly can't even 'try' and sort this out. I will now be seeking legal action against them.

Unreliable! Bad/Lack of Communication

I am writing this regarding absolutely terribile customer service and lack of communication from Pacifica . I have a faulty washing machine with a failed bearing , I reported this to Ikea, who then passed me on to Electrolux, who then passed me to Pacifica who then arranged an engineer to visit on January 9th, He informed me that the bearing had failed, He also said that if the bearing /drum collapsed it could trip the electrics or even cause fire.
It was then scheduled for repair on Feb 2nd (Today), The engineer arrived and then said 'Have you received the parts?! I hadn't been told that parts were meant to be delivered! I had no tracking or anything.  I then called Pacifica again to then be informed that they had rebooked for Feb 16th without even asking if I was available. I had to rebook again to Feb 26th. I wasn't informed whether the parts were coming to me or not. I then phoned back to check and the lady (Julie) then said that the engineer would bring the parts with them. 
I then called back to Electrolux to tell them how unhappy I was with the outrageous customer service. The lady took all the details and also said the blame lies with Pacifica , and I discussed wanting compensation for a days lost earnings and inconvenience caused. She then transfered the call back to Pacifica. I was then informed that now the engineer WON'T be bringing the parts with them and that I will have to be at home on a separate occasion to receive parts! It was also mentioned that if I didn't accept to receive the parts they wouldn't repair my machine!!!  I am sure they are breaking the warranty of Ikea/Electrolux by even mentioning this.  Pacifica also claimed that they aren't responsible for compensation (Even though Electrolux said they were).
I have never experienced such awful customer service and fed up with being passed back and forth with Pacifica/Electrolux/Ikea not want accept their failings.
I hope to have some feedback regarding this matter from those involved to conclude to a satisfactory result.

Loyalty means nothing to them!

I have been with Hastings for over 15 years and they have always been great, but today they were AWFUL! I rang to get a better price on my renewal and the guy on phone talked all over me, argued about policy details and didn't even try and get better price by looking at adjusting things.
I was going to ring back and try and speak to someone else, but I thought Why should I bother! Gone with other insurers. Loyalty means nothing these days!
