He chatted with my children and helped make them feel involved, while the lovely lady at reception offered them hot chocolate and biscuits – such a thoughtful gesture that helped make the experience stress-free and genuinely enjoyable.
Overall, the whole process was smooth, professional, and exciting. Andy’s customer service was outstanding, and we’re absolutely thrilled with our new Tucson.
