NFU - penalise older drivers even if they have extensive driving experience and a totally clean driving record.
I recently tried to get an online quote for my wife who is 81 - BUT HAS A TOTALLY CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
NFU Mutual were “ unable to give this customer a competitive quote” They omitted to say this is because we are an ageist company who should return our Which Consumer Awards with our heads hung low. It’s a disgraceful situation.

Which Awards. I raised an issue with Which Awards to car insurers who either refuse to insure or charge extra for older drivers even if they have a clean record and extensive driving experience. Which Consumer Awards did not want to know and dismissed my concerns in a very disparaging and patronising way. It makes me feel like taking all of their recommendations for products with a pinch of salt!

Excellent in every way from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work everyone at JCT 600 VW Sheffield gets 5 stars. My car had developed several faults which were all covered under warranty. The work was completed quickly and efficiently including a health check and vac / clean. What more can I say? EXCELLENT.

Review of Marks and Spencer
Mens Stretch Jeans. A really good fit when tried on BUT after 5 minutes the STREEEETTTCCCHHH took over and they became BAGS. Why so much stretch compared to other manufacturers I’ve bought from? Only cost £26 but I’ve already decided to only wear them for gardening. I’d rather pay more and get better quality goods.
