Joe Albery - what a legend.

Joe Albery - top quality sales person at Audi Grimsby. No messing, no faff, no cliche sales person. We visited the showroom at 3:30 on Sunday and walked out at 4:30 with a new car purchased. We were in a situation where we needed a car urgently and Joe and the Team went above and beyond to help. They found the perfect car and got it ready for us to drive away within 24 hours! It wasn't PDI, valeted or anything so to turn it around when they were already busy was outstanding. True customer service and we will definitely recommend.

Grimsby Branch - Excellent experiance.

Excellent service from WeBuyAnyCar Grimsby on Sunday 16th March. Quick, easy and well looked after. The process was explained in detail at every step. A very fair offer was given which was above the value we expected! There were some issues with the vehicle which we knew about but the reduction in value was fair and inline with expectations! Overall we left very happy and would recommend.

Very poor aftersales - Grimsby Branch

Once they had our money they weren't bothered with us. The didn't service the car as promised and it took 3 months for them to do it. We took out the extended warranty but it was so difficult to get them to do any work!
1) Secondary coolant pump was faulty. took them 3 attempts to fix it due to not booking the car in, not ordering the parts and then ordering the wrong parts.
2) Park Brake Fault. They supposedly repaired it but the fault reappeared after a day. so it went back and they said there is nothing wrong with it but recalibrated the park brake. Fault reappeared after another 24 hours and then they said it would need to go to Jaguar to be investigated and we would need to pay! So much for the warranty.
3) Battery fault. We paid for a new battery (at another dealer) but the fault was still showing. Car Supermarket said they checked the condition of the new battery and it showed as faulty. We asked for a report so we could get it swapped but the report said the battery was fine? Very confusing and the branch said they would look into it but they never returned our calls or emails about it.

Very poor after service, very poor customer service (they just constantly pass you to the garage), very poor at returning calls and have to be chased numerous times.

We have finally got rid of the car at a loss as it was getting too much hassle to constantly chase them.

Would never use them again and I will actively encourage people to go elsewhere.

Very poor company

Very poor company. Say its fixed price then raise the prices, add on surcharges and miss collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have recently been 'acquired' but Waste Managed. But what they mean is that the directors and owners have just started up again under a difference name.
