Super service

Super service. Sofa arrived in less than a week and the guys who delivered were very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Shocking!!

We have had our sofa About 2 years and a few months, for the recliner to stop working! Arranged for home serve to come and look at the sofa and hopefully fix it, as when we brought the sofa was told by staff at Harvey’s the extra cover including mechanisms and reclining issues. Homeserve attended and said that the sofa had been jumped on by kids and not looked after at all! Our daughter is 11 and hasn’t jumped on furniture for a good 7 years now and my husband and I paid over £2000 for the sofa so we have looked after it! Homeserve have said it’s our fault so not repairing it! Still got another 2 years to pay for it so stuck with the sofa! Anyone else has issues or had them resolved similar to this?

Cheap nasty leather

So called £1400 leather sofa, barely 4 years old.
I live on my own so not much use.
Already its split in various places where they are too cheap to use proper leather.
If you wipe any part of the chair much the colour comes off! Shocking.
The leather used looks quality from a distance but it's so cheap, nasty and thin.
I'm appalled at the quality
I wouldn't buy a shammy leather off these cowboys ever again.

I bought a leather setee and within a…

I bought a leather setee and within a couple of years it started to peel, now there are going into receivership so you can't get in touch with there cust service there is a message telling you to get in touch with the repairs direct then they tell you to go back to Harvey's.

Colour faided
Reclining chairs not level

Avoid this store ..
I'm not surprised its in administration
Staff have a couldn't care less attitude and that's before administration!!

We bought our beautiful suite from…

We bought our beautiful suite from here, the young girl was very helpful, we explained we had dogs, yes it was pet proof and she said it should last 20years, well would not shop there again, here we are 9years later shopping for a new suite, we have recently visited a reputable furniture store and we told them the type of leather suite we had and they said they wouldn't recommend it with dogs as its a soft leather, we are doing our research this time...

Terrible company

Terrible company. We ordered 2, 2 seater leather recliners 3 years ago. The first set were "damaged in transit" so we waited for a company to come out and inspect them. He said he'd order the part and it'd take up to 12 weeks and be delivered to our home address and for us to contact them to arrange the repair when it arrived.
Waited 4-5 months to be told the part isn't available to order and they'd ring back. Took a few weeks before I received a call saying they'd replace both sofas. Great!....but it's was a further 12 week wait. Sofas arrived almost a year after we recieved the first set and were great at first. They are now 2 years old and are faulty and the faults are getting worse by the day. One recliner is cutting the underneath of the sofa open, the padding in the arms has almost disappeared and the backs of 2 of the recliners are so loose they are almost ready to fall off altogether. Paid a shocking amount of money for the sofas to find the guarantee is basically useless and we're stuck with them. They're barely 2 years old and need replacing already!!

Fantastic Aftersales

Fantastic from day one and were always very clear and transparent in everything they did. THe aftersales was brilliant cannot fault them I know they may not be the cheapest however at for the sales and aftercare it is more than worth it.

Excellent furniture, even better customer service

I bought a leather suite plus an oak dining set over 6 years ago. There were some small issues at the time with delivery timescales that were excellently dealt with by the customer service team.

I’ve now been using the furniture constantly for over 6 years and it is still perfect.

I recently bought a suite from another large furniture store (sofology) for a second lounge and it looks terrible after just a few months and the customer service has been dire which made me realise what excellent service Harvey’s provided at the time. When I next need furniture I won’t go past Harvey’s.
