Great Experience throughout

I am so impressed with all the team at Theale. Everyone is friendly and puts you at ease from the initial scan and consultation to treatment, you feel you are in safe hands.
Having had microsclerothapy previously I found todays treatment far less painful Foam sclerotherapy was new to me, and my initial fears were rapidly eased as the treatment was quick and painless, more of a stinging sensation that quickly abated. Everything was carefully explained to me from stocking care to results expectations and future options. I would say to anyone wanting to pursue thread vein treatment the vein centre Theale would be an excellent choice and Dr Andrew Wiggins staff nurse Kim and the Receptionists are fab.

Great stay at the Barcelo Fuerteventura Castillo

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have mixed feelings this year as to the value for money its price has increased a lot. the rooms are faultless very well equipped if you get the one bedroom bungalow/apartment. Could do with looking at the desk and lighting in the lounge area as there were no plug sockets near the lights at all. ended up drying my hair in the kitchenette. the reception staff were very helpful with room choice and extra hangers towels etc, also called taxis that arrived quickly!. did not go all inclusive as it was far cheaper to buy drinks and we like to eat out even on half board. The food was much improved to last year with very good choices on the whole only one night of 3 pork dishes, but other food was available, it was fairly hot as well. Breakfast was 5* if you took your own orange juice the stuff on offer was abysmal! even Husband shunned it and he is not fussy. The entertainment was low key in the day but guys were super friendly the evenings were good we swung by a couple of times to each hotel and had a good night. The marina is a lovely setting to enjoy an evening drink or coffee as the sun goes down and to be fair keeps us coming back. the resort has got a bit shabby cracked paving some areas very run down but that's outside of the hotels. Sunbeds were our biggest issue we stayed 12 nights the first few nights we got them easily at 8.30 after that we had a car, but the lats 6 nights Husband bed hunter got up earlier and earlier or you simply did not get an umbrella ..there are not enough. We are talking going out when its just light enough to see! and there was little choice then some guys got up at 06.30 and sat guarding them! .... The hotel should really take this on board and provide a few more umbrellas... the sister hotel is larger with more beds but we prefer the Castillo its quieter and prettier with the gardens....now you do get 2 sunbeds of your own but we had a sea view but no sun on the patio!... all this said we love the hotel and will go back again if the price does not increase too much!

Great holiday but not without issues

Great holiday but not without issues. the flights were good, we were changed to an earlier home flight irritating but was ok. we choose jet 2 even though Stanstead is a royal pain of a drive because they have their own planes, with good seats available the rep was always available at the hotel we did not need him we had a room issue which was changed easily enough. main issue was that 1 10 night holiday cost us nearly 4K and we were all inclusive. we spent a lot of money eating out as the food was not great just rebooked with jet 2 for a Sept holiday so happy enough

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. I purchased a pair of flat beige leather pumps for the summer, mostly worn indoors the first time they were worn outside the leather frayed badly and the soles tore. I contacted carvela who despite looking at photos of the damage, were only interested in me providing proof of online purchase, I explained that I do not keep order emails and offered to send the shoes to them for quality control, they were not interested, as they had attempted to find the order in their system and could not of course! they then kept telling me to return to a Kurt Geiger store .with a receipt as though I was lying about the online purchase! the whole point is that the shoes were substandard, and they clearly do not want to see proof of this. appalled at the lack of customer service.

we had used the company when re - mortgaging at a recommendation form our brokers. They were really good up to date and thorough. I trusted their information so I used them again recently cancelling when finished is easy and painless. I will always use them again as required

Not ordering again

Very disappointed Debenhams used to be great but the returns process is unhelpful and unclear. I ordered various items and check they were free returns as ordered multiple sizes Regatta came with a free returns link which does not exist and they want 4.80 to return a £14 pair of shorts! Debenhams sold the goods they should accept responsibility for the returns process its in black and white its a free return so its unfair and questionable not to be able to use it

Excellent results house is sparkling!

we booked a platinum clean and it was exceptional. came home to a sparkling house, and everything as promised on the website. Maria and Viorica arrived at the agreed time and were friendly and it was fine to go to work and leave them to it. I will certainly be signing up for a regular clean, and will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent customer service after a bad experience

Update on this review 24/10/21.
Since my review Mark from Blinds2go has been in touch. He was very concerned about the fact that my complaint was unanswered. Mark arranged for the bedroom blinds to be remade with the old style pulleys and mechanism, after which they fit perfectly.
The kitchen blinds were remade in a longer length and they now look and fit as we wanted. at all times Mark kept in touch and checked that we were happy with the end result. I am now back to being happy with the products, and find that this customer service received was excellent. the company clearly does care about customer satisfaction, and I feel that they deserve the new review.




the last two blinds we have ordered are shockingly poorly made.
we ordered a strong kitchen metallic blind when it arrived it was far too short and the slats did not overlap correctly we complained, twice and had no response the second time after sending requested pictures of the faults no one came back to us. Stupidly I ordered again for the bedroom, previous bathroom blinds had been fine. these blinds are awful again huge gaps no matter how you place them and the wand that pulls and twists is shoddy and cheap the old cable and pulley would have probably hung these okay. I cannot be bothered to complain and be ignored again they will stay hung until I can go to a reputable company that stands by its marketing vows.

Just had our Home care renewed and still very happy with the service, and the cover it provides, we use B Gas for one off repairs too and they are not cheap but they are quality. the peace of mind they provide is worth the expense

after a positive review I now have to give 2 stars as twice the Hermes driver with my parcel has lied and said its been delivered at a "safe place" with a card and there has been no parcel and no card however the next day a soaking wet and in one case broken to pieces item has been dumped on the doorstep.the driver actually had the cheek to moan at me that he had tried to deliver it 8 times, when it had only been passed to Hermes a day earlier. it had been totally destroyed and looked like it had been dumped in a river! abs disgusted with the attitude of some of the drivers, not all but they are spoiling it for the good ones

Our experience with Wren overall…Very happy indeed with beautiful kitchen

Our experience with Wren overall deserves 5 stars. the initial planning with our Dayne our consultant was carried out over months due to lock down but he gave a fab service and was always on hand. our team of fitters Pete and co were awesome, though slightly messy at times they were cheerful and all of our additional works were carried out well and on time. We struggled to get one of our appliances and went through the process of cancelling but got there in the end. some of our order was delayed, but overall we again got there in the end. Wren do keep in touch well and they really do care that you are happy. Feedback is taken on board too. We are impressed with the quality of our kitchen, and also the specification were adhered to, giving us exactly what we wanted. we have used the after sales service after receiving a scratched sink, and cannot fault they way it was handled with a good choice of fair options offered to us, and a very prompt resolution.
We love the end result, and happy we chose Wren and would do so again.

Poor Sales and service attitude

I ordered 3 tops 2 were fine the sweatshirt I ordered in a size 12 but received a size 10. The store I returned it to were less than helpful and tried to refund me £10 less than the price I paid. when I pointed this out to the assistant she argued that the till was correct and it must be a sale price. I told her to look at the amount paid take off the items kept and look at the amount to refund on the receipt. she very huffily got the manager to come over, and she sorted it out but had a bad attitude whilst doing so and there was no apology for receiving the wrong size or initially being given a lower refund. they told me I would receive an emailed refund and I pointed out that was taking it on trust it would be correct, they seem amazed at my lack of trust!!! poor sales and service attitude all round.
