Excellent Customer Service
I have had nothing but trouble with my Grants oil boiler since it was installed. So I wrote a trustpilot review to warn others off making a similar, very costly mistake. Shortly after it was published Paul from Grants contacted me to listen to what has gone wrong. They then sent the wonderful Daniel out earlier this week who listened to all my gripes, spoke to the plumber who has been trying to resolve this for us, and spent ages checking things over and fixing things he thought could be causing the problems. He even bled all my radiators when he was finished as there was likely to be air in the system after all the work he had done.
The faults with the boiler are intermittent so I can't say it has definitely been fixed, but for customer service they deserve 5 stars. I will update the review when I know if all the problems have been solved, but for the moment I am absolutely delighted and have real faith this nightmare may be over.

I I really can’t state strongly enough how bad my Grants oil fired boiler is. It’s been in for 7 years and it’s been 7 years of stress and hassle.
Grants the company did send someone to look at it about 3 years ago and said it was fine so from a customer service perspective they were good but from the perspective of manufacturing a boiler that does what it needs to do, they’ve not managed that.
It has been regularly serviced by a qualified engineer but it is a constant source of stress and we have to go outside to reset it at least once a week (sometimes once a day). I did lots of research before getting this new boiler fitted which makes this all the more disappointing.
