Excellent Customer Service

I have had nothing but trouble with my Grants oil boiler since it was installed. So I wrote a trustpilot review to warn others off making a similar, very costly mistake. Shortly after it was published Paul from Grants contacted me to listen to what has gone wrong. They then sent the wonderful Daniel out earlier this week who listened to all my gripes, spoke to the plumber who has been trying to resolve this for us, and spent ages checking things over and fixing things he thought could be causing the problems. He even bled all my radiators when he was finished as there was likely to be air in the system after all the work he had done.

The faults with the boiler are intermittent so I can't say it has definitely been fixed, but for customer service they deserve 5 stars. I will update the review when I know if all the problems have been solved, but for the moment I am absolutely delighted and have real faith this nightmare may be over.

I I really can’t state strongly enough how bad my Grants oil fired boiler is. It’s been in for 7 years and it’s been 7 years of stress and hassle.

Grants the company did send someone to look at it about 3 years ago and said it was fine so from a customer service perspective they were good but from the perspective of manufacturing a boiler that does what it needs to do, they’ve not managed that.

It has been regularly serviced by a qualified engineer but it is a constant source of stress and we have to go outside to reset it at least once a week (sometimes once a day). I did lots of research before getting this new boiler fitted which makes this all the more disappointing.

Never again - dreadful service, rude & patronising staff

I booked a return flight after seeing a deal on kayak taking hand baggage only (case & personal item). Noticed when I checked the booking again and there is no case included so contacted lastminute. They emailed a quote, I called to accept it and the price had gone up. I wasn’t happy but accepted the new quote so they took the money from my account then later emailed to say I can’t add this on and they’d refund the money but it may take a few days to come back.

The airline can’t help as the booking isn’t with them direct so I’m now let with the option of paying astronomical fees when I check in, or turning up with practically no luggage for an important family event.

The chat staff were unhelpful, patronising & quite rude. Never, ever again, I wish I’d gone direct to the airline.

Everything was so small!

Sadly I had to return nearly everything and I was £7 to do this. The style of the shoes meant they couldn't be put on as the ankle strap didn't have enough give to fit over the foot and the dresses I ordered that were meant to be a12-14 were barely an 8. I am a 12 and they wouldn't go near me. I understand having to pay if I just didn't like something, but if they advertise something wrongly this seems unfair. Also tried to leave reviews for the items so others would know just how small they are and they aren't publishing the reviews, so other people will end up in the same position. Really disappointing.

Excellent service as always

As always the service was fabulous. They all make our holidays so much easier by taking all the stress out of arranging golf. I’ve been using The Golf Travel People for so long one of the group decided to price exactly the same golf with another, more well known, company without me knowing and when we compared the other company was well over £100 more expensive per person, so not only is the service excellent but the price is great too. Super speedy and great quality

I placed an order for a 200+ page document to be printed and wire bound just before 4pm one day. I wasn't in a huge rush so didn't ask for super speedy delivery, but the parcel arrived the following morning and it is perfect. I am absolutely blown away, thanks so much.
