Absolute disgrace of a service and don’t care about customers

Only giving one star as there is no other option. Food was delivered ice cold and completely inedible. Contacted Uber eats and was told as delivery was made within their timeframe, tough luck. Tried to speak to manager and was told the same with eventually being told phone call was going nowhere so he would be end call.
Also we noted that our food was ready 30 minutes prior to collection and driver was changed as original “driver” was coming from other side of Liverpool. They conveniently changed the driver once they realised our delivery was going to go beyond their 1 hour cut off for refunds and refused to refund or reliever at least warm, edible food.
We were eventually told if we wanted the order re delivered we would have to place a second order, with no offer of a refund.
Absolute disgrace of a service and don’t have a care in the world about leaving you with ice cold, inedible food as it’s within their 1 hour timeframe. Basically tough luck, we’ve got your money and we don’t care

Terrible company

Terrible company. We ordered 2, 2 seater leather recliners 3 years ago. The first set were "damaged in transit" so we waited for a company to come out and inspect them. He said he'd order the part and it'd take up to 12 weeks and be delivered to our home address and for us to contact them to arrange the repair when it arrived.
Waited 4-5 months to be told the part isn't available to order and they'd ring back. Took a few weeks before I received a call saying they'd replace both sofas. Great!....but it's was a further 12 week wait. Sofas arrived almost a year after we recieved the first set and were great at first. They are now 2 years old and are faulty and the faults are getting worse by the day. One recliner is cutting the underneath of the sofa open, the padding in the arms has almost disappeared and the backs of 2 of the recliners are so loose they are almost ready to fall off altogether. Paid a shocking amount of money for the sofas to find the guarantee is basically useless and we're stuck with them. They're barely 2 years old and need replacing already!!

Great company when you want to take out…

Great company when you want to take out a policy but terrible for when you want to cancel. Policy clearly stated that there was £0 fee to cancel a policy before it started or within 14 days of starting but upon calling to cancel my policy almost a month before it was due to start they wanted to charge a £50 fee. They said this was due to me finding another policy that was cheaper and that it was in the small print. I was unable to find this and it took some serious fighting explaining that you can't state free cancellation then charge an admin fee as that is not free to cancel the policy.
All in all as long as you don't want to cancel the policy at any point they are a great company but it's one hell of a fight to actually get the free cancellation they state in the paperwork as it turns out it's actually not free. If you want to cancel don't tell them you have found a cheaper quote elsewhere tell them the purchase of your vehicle has fell through or something to that effect as they said that is the only way to actually get the free cancellation. Again none of this is stated in the paperwork but was told this by the agent over the phone.
