How can you have such a good star…

How can you have such a good star rating when I have rung you 4 times in the last two weeks and you say you're gonna fix a reception problem I'm having four times, and yet you often actually fixed the problem,
Strange you ask for account number I have the app but don't see it anywhere, fancy that.

It seems the money you pay is good…

It seems the money you pay is good value for what you get because nowadays that's do cost or own appointments with some vaps are paid for separately but with this cover you get as many appointments as you want included.

Take note if a ripoff merchants doesn't deliver the goods paid for

Amazon have drivers who open parcels which defeats the object of putting items in a box to hide what is in it, this went on for 18 months every box opened, that is one a month roughly, and you ring them to tell them and there answer is well
Will make sure it doesn't happen again but it did for 18 months, so of the damaged items I did get a refund for but a lot I didn't, then I was going through my orders and saw an item was not delivered from Oct 24 but if you buy an item and you don't receive it you are entitled to a refund it seems not with Amazon, so if any company you buy from and like Amazon don't deliver try to sort it with the seller first but if you have bought something with you credit/debit card go to your bank and raise a disputed claim, your bank will refund you while they look into it, like I will be doing for this.

Not fit for purpose

First I take a card out with these numpties and when I go to use it it says declined, so I cut it up and threw it away, this was years ago, then I go on my credit score and fund these numpties have had a request from someone else who they won't tell me if they gave a card or not to some b impersonating me, I get a letter asking me to ring them immediately so I do and they can't give me any more info than is on the letter, now I see why they only have a 1.8 stars on here, this is a tin pot company who can give a card out under your name and won't give you any info, if you are reading this and have seen it on other social media sites go elsewhere you are obviously wasting your time with these numpties, I can't believe that people let these have hold of there finances, when this proves they are not competent enough to not make sure it is the right person they are giving a card to.

Yet again they have made a incompetent error

Update..my name is Mr Massey to you, and you haven't the decency to put your name on your answer, and this is your answer to start off being rude, yes your drivers your Cust service are incompetent, rude, two faced and liars, it seems they had no intention of helping, I was on chat for 1/2 hr then on asking to speak to manager I was put on hold then the chat dropped out, I presume it is because it was after 7pm, I rang and Cust service put the phone down on me 3 times, your company is a joke, your Cust service is a bigger joke, I think you asking all the questions you want answered is not needed, you know my email as you have already contacted me about parcel delivery, we can talk through that, because you are not trustworthy enough to use an email address I haven't used before, I trust trustpilot just not you, so email is the only way,
The sender doesn't seem happy about you doing this twice in a few weeks, and instead of getting parcel from wrong address and delivering to right one, and instead of doing that your Cust service tells me to get sender to resend, no wonder your head office only has one star, I am at present in touch with my bank about this whole sorry unnecessary event which again the sender isn't happy about.

Yet again they have made a incompetent error a couple of weeks ago these numpties had a parcel with the number missing and only the flat letter, which is a problem because there are the addresses with the same letter, I can see the driver would have a problem working out which of of three address to deliver to because there is three to pick from, any sensible driver would knock on a door and ask someone where the address was but not these he has either kept in or put it in a wrong address, he chose the latter, and seeing as though they delivered it to the wrong address a couple of weeks ago you would of thought he would remember he had cocked up, and ringing there Cust service is about as useful as there service, all they can suggest is to go to sender and get them to resend or refund, so there driver can steal a parcel and this is there answer, well I hope people read this and think I am not going to use them with johnnies birthday present rather than it getting there instead there untrustworthy drivers have stolen, I asked to speak one of the managers and I got cut off first time and second it went to answer machine, well I am going to get a refund from my bank as you can with anything you have bought with your card, remember that.

I’m really sorry you've had to go through such a frustrating and frankly infuriating experience—it's completely unacceptable for a parcel to be repeatedly misdelivered, especially when the same issue has already happened before. You’re absolutely right to expect a driver to make the effort to clarify an address when it's unclear, rather than guessing or simply repeating a previous mistake. Being met with unhelpful customer service when you're trying to resolve it just adds insult to injury.

I think leaving a parcel sticking out…

It is always next time but next time doesn't come.

I think leaving a parcel sticking out of the letterbox is not iny book a delivery, especially when I was in.

Thanks but I am on GB trustpilot, so again you have got it wrong, this is just typical of your service.
Not fit for purpose.

When you go on here don't expect a five star service more like 1, two months ago I noticed my excellent score had gone down 130 points then I contacted them to ask to seey score so I was sent a passkey twice and none arrived, which was strange because they can send them through your email address, so after sending a few mails that I haven't got they passkeys, they come out with some bull about they sent a third because they technical issues, well I think my score going down 130 points and two passkeys had gone missing but these obviously don't think so, then I go on here and leave a truthful review about there crap service, then I get an answer saying I had reached the American branch which I hadn't I know how to go on the British one, so these credit review plebs will no doubt say this is the American one again, you say that numpty and I will expect you to pass me on to the British branch if that is not beyond your brain power.

Useless, not fit for purpose, take your pick

Had an occasion to ring them and what a bunch of numpties, I had to say my name 5 or 6 times, get left on hold for minutes and then another numpty who asked for my name, haven't they got a pen or is it to hard to write things down, then I had to be passed to another numpty who was a waste of time, don't bother getting a card with them, because if my experience was like and I only wanted to speak to someone, with a half brain cell would of done, seems they are scarce there is only people who don't seem to know who is doing what, no wonder they have a 1.8 stars on this reviews.

Not fit for purpose

I would not recommend this money/credit agency to check your score here is why.

As far as I know I had changed from America to UK on my page, so you can say you are American Experian but I see it as you are as useless as your British counterparts, if someone does nothing to affect there score, like mine has gone down 130 points last month from 999 points, and again I find today it has gone down again 30 points, I have contacted your UK counterparts for an explanation, which a passkey was sent to my address twice which I haven't received either, you would of thought that you would want to sort a possible fraudulent act out rather than helping fraudsters from using your platform to keep them updated, if you don't even answer as your mails keep saying you do in 3 days, well Experian USA I have been waiting for an answer for three weeks, a mail saying you are looking into it isn't a reasonable timeframe to sort things out, if you had any credibility you would contact your UK part to look into it.

Yes some reviews are correct the site is quite easy to navigate and find things out if you pay £14.99 a month, but if you contact them for any purpose whatsoever they don't seem to like answering you I have been on my score, and it has dropped down 130 points in a month for no reason they have sent me two past keys which you can apparently go on to look at your score in detail, and yet too passkeys of mine been sent to my address have gone missing so either we've got a dodgy postman or these people can't be bothered to send past keys out.

There's got to be a better way than trusting people like this who can't even be bothered to get back to you they send an email as an answer to your email that you've sent with a number signifying your question, and it says we'll get back to you in three days, I sent one seven days ago and I am still waiting for them to get back to me, you will have thought they would be on the ball really wouldn't you when your score goes down so much and two pass keys go missing.

Definatly Not fit for purpose

I noticed you don't answer but you want me to write to a trustpilot email address, why not yours, and why not put your answer on here to show you are a transparent company which obviously your not, or you would answer I have not had an email from you because I gave the order number so my email would of been connected to it.



I don't need to give you all the details you have got the delivery code, and you can look into why you accept parcels with only street me and no number or name according to your char people who rather than answer they cut you off twice, I think we should keep posts on here not on an email privately, so everyone can see how incompetent Yodel are, it has now been established your driver delivered it to wrong address, god knows where.

first they put on my page they were delivering next then the map disappears and I don't get my parcel until the following day but the delivery driver had been down where I live and then the following day when he does deliver it there are holes in it.

Then I get a message to say again he is going to be delivering I saw his van again come to where I live I get an update on my page to say it's been delivered put into my postbox and yeah my postbox only had one latter in and that had been there from a few days ago so the guy that doesn't have me is a liar so are there East stole it or worst still can't read and he's probably in somebody else's box but seen as though I haven't got a letter in mind to say these done that I don't know where it's gone, then when you go on website there's nowhere to say that you're driving is a thief or is blind and he can't read where the parcel should go, it is a shame you can't give no stars because I wouldn't give them any bit more company who base themselves on delivering parcels can't deliver them to the right address I've drivers that thief or drivers that just can't read where they're supposed to go, and then when you ring the automated lineup you put all the crap in whether they're asking for and then they say oh it's been delivered no option to say no it's not been dealing with can I speak to someone no option at all it just cuts you off strange that they would do that to their automated line and that other well-known company in the UK every used to be herpes do the same I'm sure they do it so they don't have to bother anybody it doesn't matter whether they get there parcels or not they've got their money for doing it and delivering it jokers.

Not fit for purpose

I get a map on there website to say I am next one to be delivered, then the map disappears, I contact customer service on chat and they say the parcel will be delivered later today, the driver had been and left a card which he didn't, then I get told it will be delivered the next day, Iake a complaint which seems to fall on deaf ears.
Total joke of a company.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
I ordered the match that never fails and strangely enough it has done nothing but fail, I contacted the and they sent a replacement which does nothing but fail, contacted them for second item they said they would look into it and haven't, it's been three weeks now as the other lady said contacting bank for money back, will say one thing in there favour the body seems well made it's just the rest of it, total rubbish.

The real titles are good for a laugh, get your loved one for a surprise, you can change all your documents to become legally a lord etc, obviously you won't sit in the house of lords but looks good on your driving licence, poll tax, or any other identity, definatly for anyone wanting to join nobility, and there is a sale on at the moment.

My elderly dog who has sadly passed now…

My elderly dog who has sadly passed now was on the extra strong which I can honestly say they did help him from not being able to climb the front door step without a little boost, to being able to jump the step no problem, and to also being able to stand on his back legs trying to get on the bed, I also noticed on walks he was more full of it and did go further than before taking them, thank you yumove from my best companion anyone could want.

About a year and a half ago our two…

Update...what do you have to do to get a response? About a year and a half ago I took out a contract with O2 and for the first week or so I was happy, but then I started only getting two bars reception even though I had four masts around me the furthest one away was 500 meters the nearest was a hundred I rang them up and told them about it they said they would sort it but needed five working days, after five working days it was still the same I rung them again, I was given the same patter give them five days to fix the problem which they didn't, I rang them roughly every month about the problem which did not get resolved I rung them again a month or so ago they said they would fix it they didn't, I run them again two weeks ago they said they would send me a new SIM and passed the problem to their team to sort but they didn't, the Sim arrived with the envelope open so I did not use it I rung them again yesterday 15th of November 24 and spoke to someone who put the phone down on me after explaining why I was ringing and going through their rigmarole of confirming who I was, around them again spoke to this girl who said I need to check something and put me on hold, I was on hold for an hour then I was cut off again I rang and spoke to this guy who said he would need 48 hours for his team to sort it out, he said he would ring me back today 16th it is now over half an hour after he said he would ring and he hasn't, I rang yet again after going through their rigmarole of confirming who I am, I then and they said they would give me 160 pounds credit for the mither they have created, there is nothing on my O2 where they have done this I have had an email today to say they are taking 160 pounds out of my bank account so instead of crediting me 160 there are taking 160 out, how can they call this a service.

I do think octopus is one of the best companies out there for energy, they give you free energy when the grid is full, and I have never had any trouble with other companies I could tell you about, I have just been in touch with them to renew my subscription for another two years, thanks to Ben from Brighton.

What is it with these Chinese phone…

What is it with these Chinese phone companies, they are over you when you buy there phones, yet when something goes wrong they don't want to know you, I have the armour 18T and when downloaded the latest update supposedly to fix minor bugs, but instead it puts bugs on your phone, the notification screen jumps, and on contacting them they ask which update you have just downloaded, which you can't do because the upload info disappears after you download it, now I don't get any replies, I suppose they get your money and don't care after, I read that they don't have a good star rating not surprised, if this is how they treat there customers.
Beware if you buy, or think of buying one.
