Yet again they have made a incompetent error
Update..my name is Mr Massey to you, and you haven't the decency to put your name on your answer, and this is your answer to start off being rude, yes your drivers your Cust service are incompetent, rude, two faced and liars, it seems they had no intention of helping, I was on chat for 1/2 hr then on asking to speak to manager I was put on hold then the chat dropped out, I presume it is because it was after 7pm, I rang and Cust service put the phone down on me 3 times, your company is a joke, your Cust service is a bigger joke, I think you asking all the questions you want answered is not needed, you know my email as you have already contacted me about parcel delivery, we can talk through that, because you are not trustworthy enough to use an email address I haven't used before, I trust trustpilot just not you, so email is the only way,
The sender doesn't seem happy about you doing this twice in a few weeks, and instead of getting parcel from wrong address and delivering to right one, and instead of doing that your Cust service tells me to get sender to resend, no wonder your head office only has one star, I am at present in touch with my bank about this whole sorry unnecessary event which again the sender isn't happy about.

Yet again they have made a incompetent error a couple of weeks ago these numpties had a parcel with the number missing and only the flat letter, which is a problem because there are the addresses with the same letter, I can see the driver would have a problem working out which of of three address to deliver to because there is three to pick from, any sensible driver would knock on a door and ask someone where the address was but not these he has either kept in or put it in a wrong address, he chose the latter, and seeing as though they delivered it to the wrong address a couple of weeks ago you would of thought he would remember he had cocked up, and ringing there Cust service is about as useful as there service, all they can suggest is to go to sender and get them to resend or refund, so there driver can steal a parcel and this is there answer, well I hope people read this and think I am not going to use them with johnnies birthday present rather than it getting there instead there untrustworthy drivers have stolen, I asked to speak one of the managers and I got cut off first time and second it went to answer machine, well I am going to get a refund from my bank as you can with anything you have bought with your card, remember that.
