Shocking!!

We have had our sofa About 2 years and a few months, for the recliner to stop working! Arranged for home serve to come and look at the sofa and hopefully fix it, as when we brought the sofa was told by staff at Harvey’s the extra cover including mechanisms and reclining issues. Homeserve attended and said that the sofa had been jumped on by kids and not looked after at all! Our daughter is 11 and hasn’t jumped on furniture for a good 7 years now and my husband and I paid over £2000 for the sofa so we have looked after it! Homeserve have said it’s our fault so not repairing it! Still got another 2 years to pay for it so stuck with the sofa! Anyone else has issues or had them resolved similar to this?
