I recieved a text 2 days before it was actually delivered, when I clicked on track parcel it said please call us, no link to call you to discuss problem. Instead I changed delivery date and then finally recieved my parcel! What was the problem? Maybe if you had contacted me or sent me an email regarding this I could have replied and resolved the issue!

We have had our sofa About 2 years and a few months, for the recliner to stop working! Arranged for home serve to come and look at the sofa and hopefully fix it, as when we brought the sofa was told by staff at Harvey’s the extra cover including mechanisms and reclining issues. Homeserve attended and said that the sofa had been jumped on by kids and not looked after at all! Our daughter is 11 and hasn’t jumped on furniture for a good 7 years now and my husband and I paid over £2000 for the sofa so we have looked after it! Homeserve have said it’s our fault so not repairing it! Still got another 2 years to pay for it so stuck with the sofa! Anyone else has issues or had them resolved similar to this?

OTB were fab when we requested a refund for our hotel and tranfers! The online messaging service was slow but with regards to current times and the amount of work load the service was excellent.

Too customer service. Friendly staff, always wanting to help and go the extra mile to ensure all your needs are met! Will be using Harvey’s again and again for new fur other in further!

Over all it was an enjoyable holiday. The only complaint was that the villa wasn’t clean enough! On unpacking I dropped something on the floor which rolled under the bed and when I came to retrieve it I found the floor was dirty and had ants crawling around! After I cleaned the area ant returned most nights! Apart from this everything else was fine. The pool was a fantastic size with great depths for our 6 year old to stand in and learn to swim. Great location and comfortable villa.

Great value for money, although I got an email saying my parcel had been dispatched it didn't actually let me track my parcel which was disappointing and it never gave me an estimated time or day of arrival but was very prompt service and arrived in 2 days. Would recommend to others.
