Terrible company

I then received two emails threatening legal action from fashionette advising I owed a balance of £15.72. I have tried to contact them asking why and have no response

Surprisingly good

Surprisingly good. Ordered a designer bag at an incredibly low price and got the delivered product well packaged and in good shape in a week. Also right after order confirmation there is buyer protection automatically activated provided by Trsuted Shops. The package is also well designed to be easily returned, and return label is printed and came together with the product. I didn’t need to return but it is very considerate for them to make everything return ready.

Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company.
I order a size 7 pair of shoes for my daughter’s birthday.
They’ve sent what looks like a used pair of size 6s.
I’ve had no explanation, no apology, no compensation. Ive been offered a 10% discount on next order but I must spend £150 ha!
Why would I do that they can’t get first order right.
Absolutely useless not helpful or understanding atall. Don’t care they have their money. Disgraceful.

I bought this bag for £293 for my wife's birthday. It was advertised as brand new. But guess what I received used with scratches marks all over the bag. When I contacted the customer service to resolve the matter I was told " What do you expect" I just can't believe it . Please avoid this company.
I just been to UPS dropping point to send it back. It looks like UPS and Fashionette are running a scam. You don't get a receipt from UPS for sending back the parcel. Which later from what I see online get lost or missing. You can't prove that you send it. You don't get refund. I'm waiting for them the replay to my email were to send it with Royal Mail recorded as I can't trust this operation.

We obtain our merchandise either from the manufacturers themselves or from authorized retailers.

We deliver the products with all the original tags and depending on the label we also provide a certificate of authenticity.

After checking we were able to recognize that you are already in touch with our responsible department and that you were offered a voucher code for a new order as a compensation.

UPS provides confirmation of a return via SMS.
Additionally, the customer can always note down the tracking number themselves. If the package has indeed been handed in as a return, this can be verified without a receipt , namely through the tracking number, which is also stored in our system.

This is by no means a scam. In the year 2025, receipts are no longer common, as almost everything can be tracked online.

At no point was your refund denied, on the contrary, it was processed correctly.

The fact that you doubt our procedures does not mean that our processes are not being followed correctly.

It’s mind blowing how little respect…

Update:still no apology and rude responses. Ridiculously shameless and arrogant. I pity anyone who’s tolerated this kind of experience. Keep denying and I’ll keep posting about this behaviour. So no one hung up on your customer multiple times? You know who you are.

You’ve replied multiple times? Have you ever apologised once? I’ve called the entire morning without anyone picking up calls during working hour and the times when it’s picked up I’ve been hung up multiple times. Your customers wouldn’t be bothered to take the time to put negative comments here if they were happy as I have been with all the other retailers I’m dealing with. Self reflection and respect are some good things to learn if you’ve never heard of them.

I could have given zero star here if that’s an option.

It’s mind blowing how little respect this company has for their customers. Have been complaining about being rudely treated by their customer service team on the phone (being told to f** off and got hung up multiple times when trying to talk), after calling them with no one answering from 10am during working hours, all they do is blaming me for having placed an order.

I’ve demanded for an apology for the way I’ve been treated and yet all I heard so far is just arrogant statement that it’s my fault to have placed an order with them in the first place. I’m demanding for an apology which has nothing to do with the rest is the order procedure.

Can’t they simply understand that their customers deserve sensible treatment and respect? I’ll keep escalating until I receive an apology for the appalling customer service I’ve had.

Never buy from them!

At the time your cancellation request was reviewed, the order had already been completed and invoiced, making a cancellation technically no longer possible. This procedure is standard in online retail and applies equally to all customers. As part of our commitment to a fast and efficient shipping process, we prepare and dispatch confirmed orders as quickly as possible so that they reach our customers without delay. I'm so happy I put my faith in fashionette. I was looking for a sold out coach bag everywhere, and this is the only place that had it. I was a bit dubious after reading some of tbe revues, but it arrived today and I love it. Will definitely purchase again from this site.

Glad I took a chance

Was unsure whether to order from fashionette after reading so many mixed reviews but took a chance with the offer they had on a louboutin bag I wanted to purchase. So glad I did!
Had an issue flagged with UPS and emailed the customer service team, they responded with reassurance and the issue was resolved. The bag arrived today and I love it.
I would purchase from this company again and would recommend

increase prices when goods in basket

I bought a pair of boots from fashionette in their sale. A few days later they reduced them by another 20% so it made sense to return them and buy again at the lower price. However, when I put the boots in my basket they changed the price again to the higher price. They can charge what the like of course, but its not a way to retain customers,

Update 1: Standard response that isn't supported by the facts. They had only one pair left at the lower price in the size I wanted. They increased the price again and still have only one pair left. They tracked my interest and ramped up the price again

Unhelpful company

Bought a bag from this company. Sent me a tracking number. Called UPS, who kept saying I will receive the package each day. Called Fashionette, was told the package was on the way.
I had to contact UPS again who informed me that the package might be lost and they will begin investigation. This should be Fashionette ensuring safe delivery in the first place. If I do not get this sorted within this week. I will be reporting this to my bank.
UPDATE: After having to contact UPS personally and being advised that they couldn’t locate the package and investigation is now closed. This Fashionette had still refused to give me my money.
Guys no matter how cheap their products is how how pretty it looks. PLEASE DO NOT shop with them for your own peace of mind.
What a fraud of a company
UPDATE; Never be tempted to shop from these people. Processed only a partial refund for an item that was never delivered. That they admitted was never delivered. Paid 191:53 but only refunded 181:53.

Be warned

Be warned, terrible service, returned item, no communication on refund, had to email and was told 8 working days, 30 days later had to go through Paypal to get it, they are still messaging saying another 14 days, never again, they were rude in their responses by using capitals then try to blame me, refund buyers in a timely manner and you may get more sales, but not from me, do not respond, too late and no longer interested, as I said had to go through Paypal to get the refund as you did not send it, bye

I was quite skeptical to use this site…

I was quite skeptical to use this site based on the reviews below, however I took the risk.

The delivery was sent and received promptly. The item was perfect and no issues. So guys this site is legit and delivering to the UK is fine.

BEWARE of this Company! 😡

Bought a pair of hard-to-finds boots from this company (through a forwarding third party), since they do not ship to the United States. And after paying the international shipping costs for these boots, and a fee to the forwarding third party. Long and behold, once they FINALLY arrive to me here in the states. I realize pretty quickly that they sent me the WRONG Damn Size! SMH So after going back and forth with them for a week through email, and purchasing the expensive international postage to ship them back for a refund. They inform me that they cannot even pay for the customs and duties (for the boots) once they arrive back in the country of origin - SMH So now I am stuck here right now with ALL of this undue expense, because of an ERROR on their end that they refuse (to work with me on) to rectify! Appalling!!! SMFH

Excellent service

Just had a Ralph Lauren bag delivered. Service has been first rate and considering it come from Germany, it arrived super quick! Price of the bag was much cheaper than the other major shops too. Would definitely use again.

Very disappointed

I placed an order on the 5th November, recieved an email on the 11th saying my order will be with me soon. On Friday 15th, I tried clicking on the link to track my order....the website no longer available. I sent an email, but the email came back undelivered. I'm very disappointed I will have to reach out to my bank and recover my money. I will never again use this company.

Absolutely awful company. Order never arrived

Absolutely awful company. Paid for expensive pair of boots that never arrived. Customer service had to be chased for an inadequate response where they showed me a unclear photo of my boots behind a bin somewhere and claimed my order had been delivered. No idea where to as I have never received them. Worth noting my order was well over £200.00! £200.00 of my hard earned money with nothing to show for it.

Really unhappy with my experience with this company and customer service could have done more to assist.

If I could rate zero stars I would.

Be careful before you purchase. Like mine your EXPENSIVE order might never turn up.

Brought an expensive bag that started…

Brought an DLNY bag that started to wear and tear in just under two months when I contacted customer service they were willing to only refund £24 or send the bag back to them for further investigation but then I wouldn’t have received the bag back regardless the outcome ?! Absolutely disgusting customer service.
