i spoke with Sarah Bashir

i spoke with Sarah Bashir, who came across as very rude and asked me what I wanted. I mean, I could get this treatment on the NHS for free, the whole point of private is to get treated better, lets say I didn't have a good felling about her, she started being nice after i told her how many hours i wanted per week, and like i said if i want poor service ill use the NHS.

Online bank is the worsed

Not happy at all

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Unresolved Issues and Disrespectful Staff

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this bank. A refund was meant to be issued, and despite giving them plenty of notice that I would leave a review if my issue wasn’t resolved, they continued to repeat the same scripted responses without actually helping.

Additionally, I set up a Power of Attorney last year, which they acknowledged at the time. However, I am now unable to access my mother's account, and she is also locked out, which is completely unacceptable. It is shocking that a bank of this size would create such obstacles for someone legally managing a loved one's finances.

I made a formal complaint months ago, yet nothing has been resolved. Their service has become increasingly poor, and their lack of urgency is a joke. To make matters worse, when I recently called, I was met with an incredibly rude and arrogant staff member who refused to escalate my call to a manager and then deliberately put me on hold for over an hour.

This level of service is disgraceful. If the bank doesn’t take customer concerns seriously, I will continue to share my experience to warn others. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE IF YOU HAVE A POA , or even need help to get a refund or want reasonable customer service.

I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve my issue, called up more times than I can count with no outcome, refund not issued on time I was told, CHASE massaging service are like amazon they repeat the same thing, they don't resolved issues, they don't know who case handlers are, they don't put you through to a manager, I will close this bank account soon and take legal agent.

Shima was very rude and unhelpful and kept telling me to look for something that was not there, giving me wrong information but was very pushy and rude, customer service respect was 0% this is what happens when you get customer service in Egypt, she refused to put me through to a manager or someone else, in the end, I had to explain that she had me looking for something that wasn't their and making me feel like I'm an idiot when the Epson scan 2 is downloaded as numbers, she had no patience, she was awful women, hope the managers see this review and how she refused to put me through to someone else that I must only speak with her, shocking, also today spoke with robin, Amir, still no working printer and why are these people in Egypt so dam rude. they must really hate us Westerners, yet the UK business continues to give work overseas to people who hate us, a bit like what the government are doing in this country, allowing these people to come to the UK with hate towards the Westerner

called up to speak to someone very helpful yesterday, and today spoke with Daniel, I asked if the guy was available he couldn't tell me, I asked when he would be available, but he wouldn't tell me I asked to speak with a manager he couldn't get one instead wanted to know why I want to speak with a manager, I think that part should be obvious, not helpful at all they do realise I'm customers are spending a lot of money with them, this guy didn't seem bothered to try and help not friendly at all

They have not listened to ME when I…

Excuse me but i called you guys before I was billed do not lie on here, the woman I spoke to didn't cancel as I asked her to and I asked 3 times and call dropped on me, do not lie,

They had not listened to be when I told them to cancel my orders and have gone ahead and sent ber out to me and charged me and not refunded me,was told someone will call me back, but had no call back from them, disappointed and they are saying, they will not refund me even doe I requested to cancel before my order and lady would not listen and didn't want to canceled , I requested to cancel before my order was shipped and you can not cancel online, they are not very helpful and are scamming people, you can not cancel online call up to cancel and they will ignore you and do whatever they can to keep you paying them, it's a scam in my eyes.

If you did want to cancel but were unable to phone our customer service at 0131 285 2684 for whatever reason, you could also contact us via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM as well as dropping us an email through our support desk via this link https://www.beer52.com/helpCentre/home. I can see that you asked to cancel your account 5 days after you were billed and the box was sent you. We require 3 working days' notice before any billing to cancel or change an order, if this was not given then at that stage we cannot offer a refund as the order has already been processed to our warehouse.

So the manager being so rude, and thank you to your colleagues for sending me the wrong head rails twice, I asked you to sell me some blinds at a discount price so I don't waste the wrong rails that you sent, they have sent me 4 head rails and blinds that dont fit, so I suggested that I buy the right blinds to fit the rails you sent at a discount but no you do not want to do that but you rather me waste this a bin it, I told you I would put a review up on trustpilot and I will now wash my hands with blinds2go iv spent 100s of pounds and I will never buy from you again you have now lost a customer from 2018 to now, your loss not mine

manager at the kent branch threw the…

manager at the kent branch threw the chair at an elderly disabled person because she asked to sit down while waiting for a table, then threw the plate off food on our table when we asked how long the food would be, lets say hes lucky. ended up walking out without paying or eating the food after that, complaints department and management backing this tall weasel with his dirty ponytail they didn't want to share the cctv with me even doe they have a legal duty to do so, i would have shared this on youtube, anyway this company should be closed down, i should sue you peeple for this treatment

A tall guy with a ponytail who is a manager threw the chair down for a elderly disabled women because I ask for a chair for her while we queue for a table, when we got a table I asked the women waitress how long will the food take she said it will be ready when it's ready, waited so long I told the waitress I have leave soon, the manager came over with the food and threw the plates on the table at us and said rudely it's ready, literally threw the plates on the table and walked off, I said na no way, I said I'm not eating food from someone after treating us like this and walked out never again, repeated CCTV footage but apparently it's not available hmmm, area manager backing his staff, head office, haven't offered anything as an apology, and are simply trying to palm it off, to treat a severely disabled elderly person in such a way is unforgettable and for head office to palm this off is a joke, if I known I would have filmed the whole tthing, like I said to head office from the beginning, send me the cctv that will back up everything I have said, yet it's not available, and it reqeasted to speak with a manager from head office or an area manager yet nobody want to talk to me, you will be exposed.

Shane on you as a big company and shame on you for trying to cover your workers, this company make me sick the way they have handled this, like I said over the phone will post this everywhere from today

Chase with 5-star reviews I don't think so, iv had a dispute with Amazon over my refund as Amazon is prolonging my refund and Chase are dragging their hills on refunding my account, this is completely unacceptable they seem to be with Amazon making me wait, chase have left me out of pocket with tracking showing item was returned, chase have let me down on so many occasions, there not a good digital bank, other banks would refund pretty much straight away within 24 hours, chase have failed to do this and have left me with no money my account is 0, really really enjoyed about the chase bank, making me wait after tracking shows item was deliverd, whilst I'm here in had other issues with chase in the past, iv even had correspondents sent to me in regards to someone else account, there limited on the amount of cash you can take out, you can not pay cash into your account I mean, what am I doing staying with a bank like this and if we're not careful we will end up with these kinds of digital banks in the future, trust me you dontvwsntvthat, another thing is customer service is in the phlipnes not based in the uk. They're not running things smoothly, I will be taking this case to the ombudsman iv let these things slip to many times without taking action but this is the first time in opened a dispute for a refund solely on the principle that iv returned the item and I'm being told to wait till Christmas and I have no money left in the account high street bank I won't mention there bane would have refunded me within 24 hours, this is my rant about chase.

Putting patients at the heart of what we do, Let's see how true that statement is, my had a call from a guy who she could not understand, I then received a call saying your mum doesn't understand and I could see why because I couldn't understand him myself I had to tell him to slow down and speak slowly and clearly, I asked him were he was from, and he said, I'm a British citizen, and why are you asking me were I'm from, I was trying to make small talk so the conversation didn't turn sour but it had, so I said again after started talking very fast, look just slow down and speak your speaking with a very strong European accent, and I'm struggling to understand the, ok so I got the bit were he is calling to book an appointment but he said he can not book it because he doesn't have all the information that he needs ok so why you calling then? They should have a list of my mum's medication but don't have it, he continues to speak fast and strong accent, I requested to speak with someone I could understand and a wonen came on the phone who was by the sounds of it from the Philippines, she said what about my English is can you not understand me, obviously being dam right rude we spent 30 minutes on the phone in this argument and stress, they called me and my mum to tells us they can't book her in even doe they called to book her scan in, and now they have sent a letter talking about racial abuse and abusive behaviour and have not booked my mind appointment and have not replied to her GP, how are they playing with peoples health because they can't handle criticism, the guy said nobody has ever told me that before, yeah because people are to scared in the work place to say anything in case they are accused of being racist or a sometging, this NHS is a joke, they really don't care about old people at all. How can people in the NHS stop any treatment because if they personal issues, it's a joke I'm filling a complaint to whoever I need to,

Over 4 and hours on the phone to close down…

Over 4 hours on the phone to close down my account and still on the phobe, what a joke this will surly be the next big bank to close down, there all soly calapsing, they passed me to 5 different people and non of them know what there doing put you on hold for 30 minutes each time then transfer you to someone else and keep going around in cycles, they are simply an absolute joke customer service in branch is dreadful that's why I called up to close the account but even calling up to close a current account down is a nightmare and I have now wasted half my day trying to do this and I'm still on the call now 4 hours later I have a headache and I'm sick of this rubbish, I only wanted to close the account down why is this so difficult and why is customer service so dreadful with these banks

You want to be rude and ignorant and not tell me what you try your based in,
Paul your very out of touch with human customer service, in general you have lost me for good, my romba has stooped working properly after just 2 years, anyway, good bye to your idiotic customer service and most of all good by forever from your products, I would have spent at least £500 on a new model if you treated me with the respect I deserve, you not worthy of my money or my business, hahaha I'm happy there are so many hoover moo robots out there and I will only use companies with 5 stars on Trustpilot, that goes for everything from now on, banks, shops, any company, truspilot does not lie, people are the truth, I asked to speak with a manager or have one call me back and I was told you don't offer that service, what a home of a company, do one.

I'm a food critic

I'm a food critic, but in this night we were celebrating and I read a lot of good reviews about this place, the hype, I came previously to a different area but couldn't cue up with my disabled mum, I booked our table so there would be no waiting I told the booking team my mind disabled so need somewhere comfortable, I got there within the 15 minutes of the bookng time, and they had already canceled our table I was there on time but had to help my mum, anyway we waited an hour for a tabled, it was extremely noisy seems people are pretty drunk early on a Friday and talk and shout pretty loud, anyway we got our table after what seemed like forever, got a nice seat outside, seating was comfortable, now the food, seek kebabs was bland the, chuknys were very little popdoms were tight and oily, now for the main prawn dish had no flavour, no spice at all I asked for the prawn dish to be extra spicy there was no flavour let a lone spicy or hot, the ruby curry was also very very bland no flavour at all chicken was not marinated in the ruby and curry had 0 flavourr, the dhail was like a bowl of brown 😫 the chicken byiani was so bland they used red currents instead of black currents or raisen, no chashew nuts and no spices, not even cardamom, it was so bland I would have been better of ordering plain basmati rice, I go to indian, Bangladeshy north indian south indian, up down left right and this place is the most expensive I have been to and yet the worse I have been to, desert I had chocolate brownie with chilie ice cream, was melted ice cream brownie had way to much salt, my mums rice pudding dish with it's fancy name, was as cold as ice, I asked if it's hot and the guy said yes and it wasn't hot at all, called him to ask if her can heatit up he said no it's the way it comes, but you said it was hot, I meant only the top for glaxibg, mmmm you didn't say that ok, mmm didn't say much but I did let them know I have eatern a lot better quality from other places who probably have a lot less revenue, we were all extremely let down and I feels it's all my fault as I been wanting to try this place and thought everyone would like it, everyone hated it, it's a joke, people really must not know what indian food should taste like.
