The worst. Ordered items on March 18 and it is currently April 9 and still nothing. Reached out numerous times regarding my missing order and ZERO response. Had to file a complaint with my credit card and STILL waiting to be reimbursed and STILL no word from Nastygal regarding my order. I want my money back as clearly I will not receive my items nor an answer from Nastygal. I am NEVER going to buy from this company again and highly recommend you avoid them as well and shop elsewhere. Their stuff is not unique and can be found on other sites. Spend your money elsewhere. Best to avoid this type of headache with them.

Painfully long return refund wait- tracking shows my package was delivered to their office over three weeks ago and to date i have had no refund.
Contacted customer services various times who have simply told me to wait as it can take up to one month.
Have not recieve any refund email notification or confirmation other than via social media message that a refund is being issued.
Starting to lose trust in this brand.
In response to their response- it has been nearly one month since i returned the parcel with no refund! I think I have waited long enough!

i ordered from Nasty Gal March 21 and requested 4 day shipping ( paid for out of pocket) the order was sent through Pro Carrier, who sent it through Cirro, who sent it through UNi UNi ... right, 3 carriers , unheard of and a logistic nightmare. My package has yet to arrive i have emailed Nasty Gal and all the shipping partners, some say keep waiting - some don't respond, some say we are working on it.... Yet, no answers and no package. Not sure why this is happening but this will be my last purchase- praying this company gets it together soon, but it will never affect me again thats for sure

As you will see below is that there shady delivery partners have put in fake tracking information to appear as if they attempted the delivery- they did not.
I have written the partner six times and they finally said they would try to get me the delivery in the next 10 business days.
Nasty Gal won’t do any thing about this and when I reached out to them privately they immediately responded that they could not refund me - even though that was never my request.
Nasty Gal is writing back. But when I emailed Stacy directly she left me on read. By the way it’s now April 8th and I still don’t have the package- what now Stacy?

Courier lost my return. Proof provided to Nasty Gal. Now 6 weeks later and multiple missed dates starting at end of Feb they promised they’d refund and I’m still chasing. AVOID.
Beware of being told ‘refund has been issued and making way through the system’ as this is a blatant lie and delaying tactic. No reason ever given for taking so long.
They're now saying 1st April so I am taking legal action

Absolutely abysmal refund system. I returned an item to them (tracking showing as received on 6th march. Was told numerous times by agent that my refund would be in my account by the 24th of march. Haven't received any refund. Now being ignored by customer service. Absolutely terrible. For such a well established retailer I expected so much better.

I like the style of the sneakers very much. I found them in an outlet. The sole broke after 2 years tho. I can't find a style that I like as much in another brand yet.

Please don't shop here, recieved email on the 6th of March stating my refund would be issued shortly. Now they are saying my order number doesn't exist. Over £200 they have taken. Now I have to take legal action. AVOID!!!

I have ordered two coats from Nast Gal on the 1st of January. However, only one coat arrived and the other one was lost in transit or cancelled. I have contacted Nasty Gal numerous times right now, and been promised to receive a refund for the package which has never arrived. However, it is March now, and the last two responses were exactly the same, that they will refund me the money and I would receive an email about it. However, no money and no email so far! The last message said that I should receive my money by the 30th of March??? Seriously? I ordered the coat on the 1st of Jan, and the refund would come only on the 30th of March (if it comes, as the previous message promised the refund by 1st of March!)? This is so unprofessional! Never expected that from a well established brand!

I ordered two chairs and put in my address during the order process. I was charged for the chairs plus delivery and the money was taken from my account. The following day I got a email to say they don’t delivery to my address in the UK. Now I’m being told it can take 2-3 weeks for a refund. Worst service ever. Beware!!!

Horrendous! They have been taken over by Debenhams which is a scam.
Have been waiting 24 days for my money back on a refund sent. Was advised this would be in my account on the 19th feb and this was not received. I contacted them once more and I got the exact same email with very poor grammar stating it’s now 11th March.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

Avoid.
I had to contact them to chase an order that was overdue.
They initially stated that this had been delivered, before later accepting that they were unable to fulfil this due to “stock issues”.
They have subsequently agreed to a refund, but have indicated that it will take “19 banking days”.

I returned this item at the beginning of February and heard nothing. When I emailed I was told it would be refunded by 27th February latest. It wasn't. Emailed again and received the exact email I received before but with a date in 6th March. The item is over £100 and this is not acceptable.
