use whatsapp for superb customer service!
i had not been able to track my package so i reached out via whatsapp. daren and JJ quickly responded to help me and found out that my package was never shipped! they decided to resend it at the quickest shipping option at no extra cost to me. i had contacted nasty gal via twitter dm’s and email already to no avail but whatsapp was an immediate response. thanks daren and JJ!
