The most beautiful luscious plant I’ve ever received from an online plant store. I ordered a large Boston fern and it’s so perfect people don’t believe it’s real

It came packaged perfectly, so happy and will be purchasing all of my plants from here from now on

Really

Really, really poor.

I ordered plants from primrose, I gave them another opportunity after a bad experience in the summer last year, and I honestly couldn’t believe how they had arrived. No protection, just dumped in a cardboard box way too big for them so they were in pieces when they got me.

One of my smaller plants was in the box with a large plant and it was upside down in the bottom of the box and all the leaves broken off and in the bottom of the box.

My bigger plants leaves were all torn one of them was stuck out of the box

There was no fragile on the box and the leaves weren’t protected I honestly just can’t believe you would send beautiful plants in the post like that. They blamed the courier but there wasn’t any advice on the plants and I assume they didn’t pack them?

My two smaller plants both had a fungal disease after diagnosed by a botanist so weren’t well cared for before they were sent.

I complained and sent pictures of how bad they looked and they offered me £20 compensation or to come and collect the plants which would have just been a complete faff.

Appreciated the gesture but I just wanted to make people aware before they purchased plants from here because it was really disappointing

I don’t understand the negative…

I don’t understand the negative reviews. We needed a negative PCR covid test 72 hours before travelled. We were a little worried as we fly at 6pm on Sunday but when we called we were assured if we dropped our sample at Barnsley it would be taken the same day. We received a text at 8pm the same day saying our test had been received at the lab and then at 1am received our negative results. Such a simple process! Also don’t panic if you receive an antigen test they are a PCR when you get the results!

Such good service

Such good service! Hermes sent a delivery confirmation and the parcel had not actually been delivered. I contacted Customer service through WhatsApp and although there were a number of agents managing the WhatsApp (Rukhsana, Courtney, Hina, Samah and Jim :)) it wasn’t an issue they all knew what was going on. They re sent my item, no questions asked, without any issues. Fab clothes, fab staff. Xx
