Postage costs are way too high
Paid $30 in total for postage when receiving and returning items. Lottie suggested a $10 credit from my next purchase which is nice but I doubt I'll be shopping here again. Postage costs a simply way to high. I returned something with another company and it cost me $5.95 which I am happy to pay. You guys discount your clothing but gain money from postage. Don't rip your customers off!

Hi Belinda, The costs to return any parcels are determined by the courier. We do try and keep these costs down by having a returns center in your country. We do of course always welcome any suggestions where we can improve our services to our customers so I will absolutely pass this onto the relevant team so that they can look into it - Many thanks x
