IT TOOK ALOT OF EMAILS BUT NASTY GAL CAME THROUGH!!
This is a follow-up to my previously bad review!
After many emails following a Canadian COD issue with Nasty Gal and their shipper DHL Global Mail, Tina the Director of International Business has come to my rescue! She took the problem seriously and remedied it! Give that woman a raise! Tina was incredibly pleasant and assured me that Nasty Gal was making lots of changes to remedy the issues they have been having. I have been informed that Nasty Gal has changed couriers so us Canadians shouldn't face these crazy fees anymore, just our regular old customs. Fingers crossed!
