A SCAM!!

I received an item from a seller on VC I paid extra for authentication fees as this was an expensive purchase, The bag I ordered it arrived stained and damaged. I took images of this and sent it back to Vestiaire for it to be checked again.
Vestiaire denied any stains of damages, ignored my emails and refund requests and re-listed the item back onto my page for someone else to buy. I would not like to sell damage goods!! and this is harming the vintage collectors Community. I suspect VC do this regularly to keep items listed on their site and to keep receiving fees and authentication charges on top of this scam they are running.
On top of this you cannot get in contact with an actual person nor an email response to any complaints as they have shut down their support email address.
Its not solely about getting my money back its about not wanting to re sale damaged goods under my name!!
VESTIAIRE IS A SCAM

Hit and Miss

I’ve had some hit and miss orders with NastyGal,
Namely products arriving to me in a damaged or worn state! However customer service is very helpful and attentive, especially Linda who sorted out a whole order of damaged goods for me!

Was sceptical but i'm a believer

I had never heard of this company so i was a bit sceptical but i found that they were the only company that stocked the tea i wanted, excellent postage would definately buy again!
