Excellent customer service!

I e-mailed Nasty Gal customer services over an issue with an item I purchased online. The complaint was dealt with promptly and I am more than happy with their response in dealing with this matter.

Breakfast not great......

My Son o the outbound journey accidentally knocked his coffee all over himself, luckily it had been standing for 5 minutes but he still got burnt. Thankfully he had jogging bottoms on not shorts. The cabin crew acted promptly and got him burn gel and we had luggage with us on board so I could get him a complete change of clothes
Can I suggest that the water used in hot drinks isn't quite as hot
Also the all day breakfast pre-booked wasn't great, I won't order again

Advice and guidance when buying a sofa spot on!

The communication and advice from staff members on the online chat, e-mail and over the phone was fantastic
The only thing I will have a moan about is that it isn't free delivery. I think when you have paid a lot of money for an item, the least they can offer you is free delivery!

Highly Recommended

My senior girl loves the Year's meals and I'm happy to know she is getting all the right balance of nutrition and supplements tailored individually to her needs, age, breed etc.
I feel she is getting a very high quality balanced diet
My experience of their customer service at Years has been exemplary
Would recommend 100% and wish I had discovered them earlier

Jet2's flying times are good

Jet2's flying times are good
The staff are great
But the one thing that's annoying is that they always start at the front with duty free and frequently have run out of products by the time they get to the back seats

Matalan clothes are very affordable

Matalan clothes are very affordable, good quality and stylish. However, I do find the sizing is very hit and miss. A lot of the womens trousers are way too long, especially the flares and I'm not short at 5ft 5"
Just this week had to take 2pr back that I loved but they were ridiculously too long by about 6 inches!
Also sometimes a size 10 is perfect and other times, it's much too tight.

On flight out I had chosen an item to…

On flight out I had chosen an item to buy from the in flight shopping. By the time they got to us at the back with the trolley the stewardess said she'd just sold the last one and to ask on the flight back as soon as I board if they could save me one if they had it in stock.
Which I did and luckily she had 2 and came to me first (again seated at the back)
She explained to me that they always have to start at the front with duty free's, which is a little unfair in my opinion as by the time they get to the people sitting at the back they will have run out of a lot of products.
Jet2 should review this policy
Also booked in flight meals both ways
These could be improved

Staff very friendly

Staff very friendly, polite and helpful
The only thing I wasn't completely happy with was the meal I ordered on the outbound flight. It was very dried up like it had been kept warm for a long time. The meal on the return flight was better, although still a little dry. It's put me off pre booking meals in the future.
