I had a great experience with regenesis health travel prior to my booking all my questions where answered instantly and also afterwards whatever day of the week it was, whatever time again my questions were answered instantly once I arrived our transfer was waiting and the driver was very friendly taking my luggage from me then once I arrived at the hospital the translators were waiting for me Mahmit & Arif settling me and my mother in to our room and explained to me what would happen next, Arif even went out of his way to go to the supermarket to buy milk so my mother could have a tea as the Turkish don’t have milk in there tea, the room/hospital was very clean, the next morning I was introduced to Melike the dietician she was so smiley it was infectious 😊 all the nurses was lovely even with the language barriers then were constantly checking in on me the only thing I would say is the hospital food for my mother wasn’t great had she realised this she would have taken cereal bars or something similar with her and maybe cup a soups or pot noddles. We were moved to the Lauren family hotel on day 3 and again the staff were very pleasant and can’t do even for you the food is much better at the hotel with is good for my mother you get free bottles of water on tap. There is a residential nurse at the hotel so any complications you can go and see her great for the reassurance. I honestly don’t believe I would have been as cared for in the uk, would 100% recommend I am only 4 days post op but my experience so far I couldn’t ask for anything better than I have received

It’s been over a month and still no refund from a return I sent a WhatsApp message which Rebecca W. Was quick to respond to then within another 10 minutes Sana had messaged me to advise the refund had been done, both nasty gal representatives apologised. Couldn’t fault who easy and quick this was, the use of WhatsApp is brilliant
