No sign of my packages...

I recently placed an order in November and it was dispatched between 24-28th November. Estimated date of delivery was between 2-5th December yet I haven’t received anything yet. I tried calling, chatting, sending an email and I also sent them a message via instagram yet no one had the audacity to reply. My order was split into three and not one single item arrived. I expected some delay but not 2 weeks delay (a week away from Christmas) with no answer from Photobox. I am very disappointed.

*UPDATE: 2 out of my 3 packages arrived today and photobox contacted me and offered solutions and expressed their apologies. Still waiting for my last package

Very helpful gals!

I recently placed my very first order and with everything that’s going on I wasn’t sure when the order was going to arrive. I decided to message Nastygal just to have an idea about the arrival of my parcel. Rebecca W and Lottie immediately replied to me and they were both very helpful! Super eager for my order to arrive (which is soon).
