I bought some loungewear for Christmas for some friends. The joggers were better quality than I expected. Delivery came quickly.

I received two faulty pairs of trousers. They both had holes in to which I didn’t know about till they had been worn. I reported this to the customer service team. They happily refunded me my money and let me keep the trousers to fix. Lau at Boohoo customer services was very understanding and gave polite customer service.
