Poor quality but reimbursed
I bought several items and half were pretty poor quality with cheap fabric and bad stitching.. I contacted them via facebook to complain- expecting little to no compensation or the “you can return at your own cost” line, however I spoke to Rebecca and she sorted out a full refund on two items, and a 50% refund on a third item with a more minor fault. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service! Thank you for taking responsibility and being focused on customer satisfaction over profits!
