Very rude staff , failure to deliver , I have had to chase my order placed 6 days ago! Very poor service staff are rude do not use this company they simply do not care. I have left a customer with no hotwater since last week they have a new born child . 7 days without delivery very very poor service indeed. Can't be trusted

After looking up the company it seems this is a regular complaint and the company is not to be trusted.

I’ve bought many things from Mr Central Heating over quite a years including 3/4 boilers, many radiators and other bits and pieces and Never had a problem, that was until something went wrong with an item I bought!
I purchased all of the cast iron radiators for my flat that we renovated in 2021 and they looked great. Unfortunately after a few years of working great we noticed that the coating was bubbling on the tops on 2 of the 7 radiators. I had to visit the store to buy another radiator anyway so took photos we me of the faulty rads.
I showed the guy behind the counter who told me that there wouldn’t be a problem as they were well within the 5 year warranty, all I had to do was email some pictures of the radiators and the bubbling and he would forward on to head office and arrange for them to be replaced. I did explain to him that I couldn’t find my invoice but they will have it all on record under my name, he told me that they had a brand new computer system and that all past records had been deleted but not to worry as they were obviously bought from them from the photos plus Tte fact I just bought another to match. I thought to myself what great customer service. How wrong could you be!
A couple of weeks went by and I heard nothing so I sent a follow up email to see if there was any updates. Anyway again I was told no problem but I need to send more photos plus which sizes I needed! Again I followed instructions and sent it all through. Another 2 weeks went by and still no word. This time I called to chase things up to see when we will be getting our replacement radiators. This time was a different tone from the member of staff. I was now told that without my original invoice they wouldn’t be able to replace the rads! I also receive quite an abrupt email from head office that I thought was quite rude which basically said you ain’t getting new ones and that’s it. I did respond but have been ignored ever since. All the photos I sent through and the month of waiting was all for nothing. Was it my fault that they replaced there system and lost all their data? They knew I bought the radiators from them but some jobsworth has obviously stepped in and found a way out of replacing the obviously faulty products. These radiators should last for a long time, long time not 3 years.
Unfortunately It seems Mr Central Heating are great when they are taking money off of you but when it comes to giving a little back it’s a different matter which shows with there 2.3 rating on here. Quite shortsighted of them too as I certainly won’t be spending any more of my hard earned money with them again. Shame on you mr Central Heating!!!! 😞

I have now managed to find the transactions on my bank statements now I know what name I’m looking for. it’s under UDH and also one receipt and was told by them that they couldn’t find any history of transactions so now they have the actual dates and proof of purchase there shouldn’t be any excuses
Was delivered a damaged towel rail and am stuck with it. Got handed a "it's tough" attitude. No exchange, no refund, no credit. No customer service.

Spent thousands of pounds with this company when I was renovating my house last year and have lived to regret it. I emailed them to ask for some advice about replacing a product that I brought from them and which broke (two of the same product broke in the same way so I doubt it was a coincidence) and they told me to speak to a plumber. The plumber didn't sell me the faulty product did they Mr Central Heating, you did. While I'm here, I may as well update that I have Mr Central Heating radiators downstairs and another company's upstairs. The Mr Central Heating radiators are by far the least effective. I think this company sell a lot of poor quality products and then when they go wrong, like to make out it's nothing to do with them. They could have at least have tried to be helpful when I emailed them about the issues I've had with their products even if they weren't prepared to replace them, but because they weren't, I won't ever use them again and I'll warn others to avoid them too.

I Don’t normally write reviews but my experience today with Adrian from the Bristol branch was exceptional,I’ve been in the trade over 20 years used many plumbers merchants and have never come across someone who is so helpful and knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble he went to exceptional lengths to sort me out with a product that’s not something you can buy off the peg , staff like this are hard to come by these days !!! 👏

Mr. Jim and Mr. Bert truly saved the day! I bought a standing radiator three years ago, but unfortunately, I misplaced the brackets needed to mount it. Both of them went above and beyond to help me by thoroughly checking their store and providing me with spare brackets. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance. Ordered product, was meant to arrive the next day. We were home the entire delivery time, apparently they put a note through the door saying they tried to deliver but weren’t home, there was no note, not sure they even bothered to try and deliver it.
Rearranged for the following day, no delivery. Supposedly it was out for delivery the day after, never arrived, again we stayed in the entire delivery time. Finally 4th day, it was out for delivery and then it was said to be delivered, we did not receive anything, they delivered to the wrong address! Thankfully the kind people of the wrong address dropped it to us.
Whatever delivery company is being used just means I would never order from here again.

I have ordered 4 x radiators from Mr central heating online,which was being delivered by the bristol branch.I received an email with a delivery date,but as I work full time I called to ask if they could call half hour before,which they agreed would happen.On the day of delivery,I received a call from the delivery guy to say he was outside my house,luckily he agreed to wait till I drove home.only 3 x radiators were delivered and once I checked them all,all 3 x radiators were damaged,I immediately called the office,who asked for pictures of the damage,which I immediately emailed,but no reply from e mail.I called the office a few days later to ask what was happening, a gentleman answered and had no clue of the damaged order,he said hed find out and call back,which he did and said the order would be delivered first thing next day,which they were.Upon inspection of the now 4 x rads,2 x rads were damaged,I immediately e mailed pictures of 2 x damaged radiators,and this time received a reply by e mail to say that they would exchange 2 x damaged rads,but now they were out of stock.I had to wait till they were back in stock,after waiting a week or so I called the bristol office once again.Throughout this whole ordeal not once was I contacted,it was me doing all the chasing,the lady answered and said they were awaiting new stock to come in,I said that I had looked on their website and it said there was availability of stock,to which she replied oh the websites wrong,so I had to keep waiting..Then a random Wednesday morning at 7,30 a van turned up with 2 x rads to exchange,no call/e mail to say they were coming,after we got them exchanged I then checked and once again 2 x rads were damaged,so pictures sent and a call was made,they guy said he had checked them personally but only the flimsy packaging,I informed him that I checked them properly by unwrapping them and indeed they were damaged,we agreed to get a refund on the 2 x damaged rads and they would be with me first thing Thursday morning, This had now been a month from when i first ordered.I took a few hours off of work to wait,but surprise surprise no one turned up,I then called the office after work,to be told they forgot about it.I have now been promised that they'll be collected next Tuesday first thing,but I won't hold my breath,to be cont .....

Toxic atmosphere here between the drivers and the transport and depot manager that don’t know their backside from their elbow !!
Was relieved of my duties as an agency driver unfairly here over a missing stock item that I swore blind was not loaded on my vehicle.
The depot manager Lee needs to learn some man management skills as they are sadly lacking specially the way he kept having sniddy digs at me.
A fellow college of mine has also been relieved of his duties over a disagreement with the transport manager.
If you fight your corner here,the management don’t like it and throw you under the bus.
I only found out that my services were no longer required with a text from the agency on Monday 10th June.
That speaks volumes of the riff raff that run this place not even having the courtesy or decency to tell you face to face !!

Took over a month to get the tool I ordered in stock (didn’t bother telling me it wasn’t in stock I had to ring and find out). Told me to wait in all day Thursday for delivery but didn’t turn up. Received a call Friday from the delivery driver telling me he was 20 mins away even though I was back at work. They rung me the Wednesday after and advised me they’re not allowed to deliver to a block of apartments. Asked for a refund but was refunded £10 short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Waste of time and money would not recommend
Avoid this rubbish company. Refuse to exchange or refund when item received damaged but as I was waiting for my boiler engineer I missed the 72 hours so called deadline and they wasn't interested.

Ordered new radiator, pipes and accessories from this company.
I was a little dubious after seeing the star rating and continued to read the reviews. Decided to take a chance and I'm glad we did.
All items delivered in good time, no damage to anything and delivered on the date they specified. Delivery guy was also great, waited while I checked for transportation damage (to which there wasn't any) and the radiator is now installed and working great.
I can't speak to the negative reviews, but our experience has been positive and I would use them again if needed.
This company is the REAL DEAL. I have used them 4 times now and they are superb. Website is good and well priced, instant email with delivery dates and never let me down. I contacted them about combining a delivery and they were super helpful on the phone. Today, Dan from the Tamworth branch delivered 8 radiators but I had ordered to my home address rather than the house we are doing up 2 miles away. No problem for Dan, he was happy to follow me up there and deliver to that address! Unbelievable service. Every company needs people like Dan. Can do attitude. Love Mr central heating, we won't use anyone else ever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
