Once again an auction (24/08) of items…

Once again an auction (24/08) of items that allegedly were lost....... yet miraculously re-appear weeks later.... warning to any seller get a consignment/receipt note. This lot give auctioneers a bad name.

Seller beware

Have to say should of read reviews on here. Dropped off numerous items.... some went into auction and others didn't when inquired about the ones that didn't answer was oh should be in next week....only problem being they all went on holiday, once returned said they haven't any of the items....sounds familiar ? read the other negative reviews it seems its common practice !!! Actual member of staff who booked the stuff in very helpful and remembered the stuff but miraculously it had disappeared...... and it appeared in a subsequent action. Seriously dodgy practises! Missed items they had actually sold and had to review the statement 3 times !!! Then issued a cheque (despite me previously issuing details previously ) that hadn't been signed....put it in the post and we'll re-issue it....fool me once shame on you .....not likely had to drive all the way from Cavan to get it signed. Not really a case of buyer beware more like seller beware USE AT YOUR PERIL/LOSS..... oh and good luck trying to get a response out of them

Painless

All levels of service has been a pleasure. Listened to myself at all stages and resolved minor issues pro-actively and responded. Installation team are a total credit to the company (only singling them out as could not have done anymore, punctual, polite, professional) That's not to say the rest of the interfaces I had with PV were any less positive just totally epitomised good service on a face to face basis. On a personal experience level I would recommend them totally

Very responsive company

Very responsive company to detail with and helpful. Flexible in design stage to come to mutual solution as I had a ground mounted system fitted and doing the prep work myself. Project got delayed slightly due to communication error (on both sides) and was in danger of grant application expiring....PV pulled out all the stops to get it back on track at all levels and a genuine 'listen to the client' attitude. Installation team on the day were professional/polite/punctual.....could not fault. Highly recommended

Dodgy ethics

Exactly the same as Marie(previous reviewer) experience and I was only 67 litres short despite having spare drums. Actual price for 1000 litres and 500 litres was the same so no excuse there. More interesting actual delivery was by Currans. Here's a Top idea... order half you need and make them come out twice at their expense.......or order with more open company as it says no where in the website about shortfall despite 'ChespestOil' saying read them.

Disgusting company and TOTAL disregard for client

So since my original review of 14th July the total some of resolution is ZERO. Despite promising and outlining resolution with legal bodies they choose to ignore and believe this is breaching FCA of due diligence guidelines of which they appear to regard/disregard which ever suits their situation. If anyone is having dealings with these people be prepared for a battle. At least Dickturpin had the decency to wear a mask!!!

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME IF YOU WANT TO…

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!! So yet again lies over time scales, started a claim in excess I've 4 weeks ago to be told 3 weeks ago 7 to 14 working days !!!! now exceeded , no contact till a 30 min call to say they'll process it 'soonest'.....we'll complete the escalation process!!!!! This is not the first instance infact been going every time for 4 years. AVOID YOUR COMPANY USING THIS SO CALLED PROVIDER.
Update: your reply shows how disjointed and lacking in either co-ordination or just writing something for the sake of writing something in an attempt to be seen to be taking it appropritely ...I'D ALREADY SENT AN EMAIL TO THAT ADDRESS AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME AS WRITING THE INITIAL REVIEW.....INCOMPETENT !!!!

Absolute disgusting treatment with…

Absolute disgusting treatment with regards dealing over a bereavement issue of transferring estate assets(shares) Bereavement was approx. 6 years ago and still ongoing despite solicitors writing formal letters with appropriate information. Total avoidance of responsibility for dealing with issue despite providing information requested. AVOID or if nearest and dearest have financial dealings with these people then get them to find appropriate organisation. I'm amazed that companies like Shell, Lloyds , BG etc associate with them ! So the response was they cannot engage with myself as not the legal holder of the account yet they have been contacted SEVERAL times by over 2 years by both the Legal Beneficiary (My partner) and the authorised legal appointed representative (documented).....the only reason for my involvement was due to the emotional distress being caused which is directly attributable to Equiniti incompetence

Didn't place order based upon no response to query ..yet they repeatedly send me reminders (several in as many days) to complete order.......seriously stop relying on cookies and provide good old human customer service.....sorry ordered elsewhere.......and please don't ask me to remove my order not my issue I've got a boiler now and was delivered perfectly , brilliant customer service by JT Atkinson & Sons.

Personalisation doesn't appear as it was typed...tried several times ....so didn't order ...in fairness did say to check it but like I stated tried several times...left site went back in etc. seems the cookies worked ok because they were quick enough to point out hadn't orders......any wonder why people object to cookies and no I don't think that was a 'strictly necessary'

Absolutely agree with previous negative…

Absolutely agree with previous negative comments. Bought an item description as follows:TITAN TTI827HDC 45CM 18V 1 X 2.0AH LI-ION TXP CORDLESS HEDGE TRIMMER. - SR3. CORDLESS HEDGE.........arrived with no battery ...challenged it and got response that battery is not included.....appreciate goods maybe damaged etc but clearly misleading the excuse used was that the description should be interpreted as 'it takes' a battery!!!! Bought items from this site before and yes they were damaged...not an issue that's the chance you take in auctions and can be repaired etc...but a substantial 'part' was just not there when clearly was stated......also requested a definition on coding of condition state...and got ZERO response.......wont be using them again.....
BUYER BE WARNED YOU CANT BELIEVE 'AS ADVERTISED' as stated in their t&c's
