I have ordered 4 x radiators from Mr central heating online,which was being delivered by the bristol branch.I received an email with a delivery date,but as I work full time I called to ask if they could call half hour before,which they agreed would happen.On the day of delivery,I received a call from the delivery guy to say he was outside my house,luckily he agreed to wait till I drove home.only 3 x radiators were delivered and once I checked them all,all 3 x radiators were damaged,I immediately called the office,who asked for pictures of the damage,which I immediately emailed,but no reply from e mail.I called the office a few days later to ask what was happening, a gentleman answered and had no clue of the damaged order,he said hed find out and call back,which he did and said the order would be delivered first thing next day,which they were.Upon inspection of the now 4 x rads,2 x rads were damaged,I immediately e mailed pictures of 2 x damaged radiators,and this time received a reply by e mail to say that they would exchange 2 x damaged rads,but now they were out of stock.I had to wait till they were back in stock,after waiting a week or so I called the bristol office once again.Throughout this whole ordeal not once was I contacted,it was me doing all the chasing,the lady answered and said they were awaiting new stock to come in,I said that I had looked on their website and it said there was availability of stock,to which she replied oh the websites wrong,so I had to keep waiting..Then a random Wednesday morning at 7,30 a van turned up with 2 x rads to exchange,no call/e mail to say they were coming,after we got them exchanged I then checked and once again 2 x rads were damaged,so pictures sent and a call was made,they guy said he had checked them personally but only the flimsy packaging,I informed him that I checked them properly by unwrapping them and indeed they were damaged,we agreed to get a refund on the 2 x damaged rads and they would be with me first thing Thursday morning, This had now been a month from when i first ordered.I took a few hours off of work to wait,but surprise surprise no one turned up,I then called the office after work,to be told they forgot about it.I have now been promised that they'll be collected next Tuesday first thing,but I won't hold my breath,to be cont .....

NEWPORT STORE

Ordered a carpet from the newport branch,had to wait awhile,to be dealt with as only 1 member of staff in the whole store.Finally ordered the carpet we wanted and was told to expect a call,when carpet was in stock.Manager called a week later to arrange a day for fitting,we arranged a day,and was told to expect a call in the morning of the fitting day.
The day before fitting ,I removed all the furniture and pulled up the old carpet,ready for fitting the following day.
On the morning of fitting day,I received no call,so managed to get through to the store after about 30 odd attempts, to be told,they've just left with the carpet and will call you shortly. 3 hours later still no call,tried to call the store but no answer after another 30 odd attempts, so had to tweet carpetrightuk, who then got the store to call me,and then to be told,that they called at address,but no one was home,which is a blatant lie,as we were home all day waiting and then to be told they won't be arriving to fit the carpet today.
Was promised a call first thing next day,next day arrived and no call,once again could not get through to the store as no one would answer the phone.Had to tweet again,and was told by tweet that they'd definitely be there today,they finally did turn up,but no call to advise us.
I would seriously have a good think about using carpetright,as all you will have,is hassle from start to finish. I'll never ever use again

Review of Circle Waste

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE ,my builder ordered a skip through circlewaste,what a mistake that was nearly a month later ,the skip is still on our drive,the builder finished 2 weeks ago.We have been promised and lied to over 6 times that "it'll be collected tomorrow ".Have contacted circlewaste on a daily basis this week to get the skip taken away,but it's still here,I'll have to start charging rent soon.I would NEVER EVER use or recommend circlewaste to anyone 🤬🤬🤬🤬
